Tom and I got out of the car and walked to the duck pond. I REALLY like Tom. He's just so cool and funny. I looked over to my left and saw a stage with some people setting up instruments. "Do you want to listen to them play?" I asked and looked at Tom as we sat down at the bank of the pond.

"Yeah sure." He said and looked at me. He stared at me and smiled. "What?" I asked him and raised an eyebrow. "You're just so beautiful." He complimented me. I blushed and looked away. "T thanks " I stuttered and looked back at Tom to see him staring at me. "Can I ask you a question?" He asked.

"Go ahead." I said to him and looked into his...eyes? "Will..will you do the honor of being my girlfriend?" He asked. I blushed even darker. "Yes." I smiled at him and he pulled me in for a tight hug. I heard music from the stage and pulled away from him. He stood up and stook his hand out. I took it and he helped me up. Tom turned to the stage. There was already a crowd around it as he turned back to me.

"Lets dance." He said and twirled me around. I giggled as we danced to the music. The song stopped and we walked back to the car. "What do you want to do now?" He asked. "How about we go to the mall?" I suggested. He smiled and we got into the car.
