**Charlotte's POV(cont)**

We sat there for hours in the backseat. I kept my arm around her shoulders as we watched the sun rise.She started to panic again realizing that she needed to get the car home before her parents woke up. She knew if her brother woke up before her parents and the car was gone he would tell on her. I rub her back and try to calm her down before I allowed her to get behind the wheel.We stopped drinking hours ago hoping to sober her up a bit just enough to drive us home. I look at her couldn't help but to smile.

"Can I tell you something Steph?"I ask her causing her to look at me."Anything Char"she says to me. I turn my body towards her."I haven't even told my mom yet.Not sure how she would be able to help me"I start saying."You know she would do whatever she can to try to help you"she says back to me."She can't with this"I say as I look out the window behind her."However bad it is your mom would fight to protect you"she says moving closer to me."Six weeks ago she went off to work.Dad returned home while she was gone.He has been drinking and started asking me where mama was. I lied to protect her because dad didn't want her to work."I say as I start to cry."I got punished for what was said.He dragged me up the stairs by my hair to my room"I continued to say as I cried more."You need to tell your mom Char"she said looking at me."He raped me Steph.Right in my bed with Reid sleeping in his room. I tried to scream out for help,but he pressed his hands against my throat to keep me from screaming out. I don't remember anymore because I passed out half way through it"I said balling like a baby.She pulled me close as I cried in her chest."Worst part is I'm a month late Steph"I say pulling my face away from her chest."You have to go to the cops Char"she says to me with a concerned look on her face."I can't keep the baby if he got me pregnant"I say as I wipe the tears away from my cheeks.
