Remember what people said about telling someone how you feel about them? Like, you have to power up or have the guts to do it or you'll regret it.

That's what I did.

And I did not regret it.

EVER.

Summer of who knows what year. I was pretty excited to start my first year as a high school freshman. I was still in the same school where I graduated middle school, so the idea of being in a much higher level with older students never scared me.

I was also thrilled to see most of my middle school classmates who stayed. A few transferred but that's okay, my best friend (whom I thought was going to transfer schools) was here. I looked around as new faces filled the remaining space of our small lobby. I saw a few familiar faces and landed on one.

Gabriel Calder

That kid looks so mysterious. Nonetheless, he's harmless. He never speaks that much. He likes to keep to himself and just watch and observe people around him. I've spoken to him before. He's a man of few words.
