It was a sunny day. I woke up on my bed, I looked at the window beside me and smiled. Today is going to be a special day, I had a very strong feeling.
I lived in the Jolly Roger the 2nd. It was the ship founded by Captain Cornstalks, who was the successor of Captain Hook.
My room or quarters was a very bright room, I had two windows with velvet curtains, my bed which had red and gold covers, a big wooden closet at the corner of the room and my bookshelf filled with loads of books. I had a mirror desk and on the wall beside it were pictures of me and my brother, Hort. I had a black wooden door with a bronze doorknob.
I got up and walked to my closet and pulled out a red dress with a bow on the sleeves and at the back. I got dressed and I grabbed a red bow on top of my mirror desk. On top of my mirror desk was a golden locket with a lion's face imprinted on it. My dad gave it to me as a gift, since he knew I absolutely loved lions. I reached out for it and I placed it around my neck.
I looked at myself in the mirror, I had black hair and hazel brown eyes. I didn't look like my brother. He had raven black hair and beady weaselly eyes. I walked up to the window and opened it.
I smelled the ocean, it smelled of fresh air and sea water. "Good morning, ocean! Today is going to be a wonderful day! I don't know why." I screamed .
I opened my door and ran outside. I ran down the hallway of the bellow decks of the ship and knocked on the door beside mine. "Hort! Hort! Wake up!!!!" I yelled knocking the door as fast as I could
I waited, and waited until I heard the door open "It's so early, Aisha! Go back to bed!" Hort said, he was wearing the frog pajamas dad gave him. "Fine, go back to sleep, I'll start the day early. Bye!" I replied closing the door.
I skipped up to the decks and I spotted Mr. Beardface, Hort's and my godfather. He was a short, stubby guy. He had white balding hair and a thin wispy beard. He was a little deaf.
"Good morning, Mr. Beardface!" I shouted. "Ehhh?" he replied. "I said, good morning!" I shouted even louder. "Oh, good morning, Aisha. Got some work to do, swabbing the deck." he replied picking up a mop and started cleaning.
"Okay!" I screamed as I climbed up the crow's nest. I really loved it thetr, it makes me feel happy, I don't know why. Then, I saw a figure in the sky, coming near the ship.
