You awoke and found yourself on the floor...
not quite recalling why you were there and then you recalled... the man...

You got up and looked around, you didn't see him anywhere....

You sighed and hoped he was okay.

You walked through your house, noticing that he left his stuffed animal. "Oh no!... he left this!" You sighed as you tenderly picked it up... you felt bad for him...

"I hope he'll be okay... maybe I can find him?" You wondered if he was still around... it was still dark outside but you didn't care, you knew that a stuffed animal was special to most people so you got dressed and ran, you saw his footprints and followed them...
The forest was where he had gone through so you chased his footprints and soon got lost...

The frost stung your cheeks...
Your legs burned...
Your eyes watered...
But you held that stuffed animal...

You refused to release it until you found it's owner.

You soon found yourself lost in the forest... you had work today...
You felt sick now from the cold weather...

You clutched onto the stuffed animal...
It's body was so soft... like mouse fur...

You held it close, keeping it warm as you noticed the cute little snout and the big eyes...

You smiled at the little mouse that laid in your arms...

You sigh and slowly feel yourself beginning to get tired...

You walk and soon you see him... he is walking away but you run to him...
He turns at the sound of your feet hitting snow but he watches as you hold out the mouse to him...

He smiles and says in a voice like silk. "Thank you..."

You then smile at him before hearing him ask.
"Why were you all alone when you brought me to your home?... aren't you a little young to be alone? And you should be in a safer home should you not?"

You then look shocked and slowly find yourself in tears...
You smiled at him though and said. "Thank you for your concern but it's okay! Don't worry about me! Be careful and be happy! Goodbye sir!"

You run off... he watched you as you did so... concerned but also having darker thoughts in mind for you.
