Fire: Goes absolutely ballistic, there is no calm and they don't think at all.
Earth: They need to observe. Once they have an awesome plan in their head, they'll act.
Air: Freaks out, calms themselves down and finds a good way to get out of the situation,
Water: Does surprisingly good in bad situations. They can analyze it quickly an come up with a killer plan, leading with their head high.
