chapter 3

sabuko pov

we wait for our leaders eventually every one was gone 

iruka: see ya at home sabuko 

iruka says smiling at me i smile back as he leaves and i continue my drawing 

it was of that man i think the hokage called him kakashi. i wonder if i will meet him again i liked his mask i wish i could get one maybe people will pay even less attention to me. and if i wore a mask like him long ago i wouldn't have any fan girls! ugh that lucky guy. i sigh and finish the shading on his mask when naruto tries to pull a prank on the team leader sasuke looks at my picture "thats good who is that?" sasuke asks "its a person i ran into the other day he was nice he tried to take me to the hospital" i smile sasuke "why did you need to go to the hospital?" he asks "no reason" i say then he says "why do you think your on a team with sakura?" he asks "well iruka said the teacher had to choose and fight over who would get the extra person in the class" i say "why would any one-"

 before he could finish a man walked in sasuke and i stare in shock "thats the-" sasuke tries to ask if thats the man in the drawing i only nod and he puts on a blank face "my first impression of you all... your idiots" he says and tells us to go to the roof wiping the chalk dust out of his hair

~~~on the roof~~~

he made us introduce every one im not gonna listen to sakura all i here is squealing "and what do you hate" kakashi asks "sabuko and naruto!!!!" she yells i frown and naruto crys "ok now you" he says to sasuke "my name is sasuke uchiha i have many hobbies i like very little things sabuko is an exception, i dislike many things my hopes are to continue my clan and i dont have a dream because i will make it come true to to kill a certain some one." he says naruto shiver thinking it was him. i sigh sasuke and i dont talk much but he told me about ittachi. 

"ok now you sabuko" kakashi says naruto then yells "wait how did you know his name!!!!!!" i sigh "because i requested him to be on my team to weigh out the stupid" he says and naruto yells some gibberish about the next hokage "um my name is sabuko haru- or i mean umino my likes are iruka naruto susuke pockys reading and raman my dislikes are my name people who attack others with out reason and i guess any one who hurts my friends my hopes for the future help naruto become hokage and help sasuke with his dream. my dreams i guess become a great shinobi and help my friends.." i say naruto starts bawling "why do you cry so much!" i yell at him but he keeps bawling

the reason i hate my name is because it means desert my mom and dad named me sabuku because im dry and something that every one hates i dont help any thing. but i changed it to sabuko because sakura couldn't say my name and happily it stuck then i inherited the name umino which means sea or ocean. im happy about my last name and im happy iruka is happy being my guardian.

"you want to help me become hokage your a great friend!!!!!!!!!!!" naruto yells "weren't you just saying you didn't want me on your team?" i said he looks guilty "im sorry sabuko!!!!!" he yells i stare at him kakashi sensei tells us to meet him in the training grounds and dont eat breakfast or we will throw up and poofs away.

as i walk home i get lost not remembering the way home so i just hang out in the training grounds i dont have any money so i dont eat dinner. i sit next to the kia stone and i read the names i brush my fingers over the names

'Kohari Umino' and 'Ikkaku Umino' 

iruka's parents he has told me about them... i wish they were still here they would be proud of iruka. as im thinking im getting tired and decide to take a quick nap and i fall asleep next to the stone.

~time skip~

sasuke pov

i get to the training grounds first and i see sabuko next to a stone. i guess i wasnt the first one here "hey nerd" i say my hands in my pockets and kicking him slightly to wake him up "why did you get here so early" i say he doesnt wake up i sigh and he shivers. i look at his clothes they are the same from yesterday. did he sleep here? 

i sigh and throw my jacket on him and he sleeps more as naruto and sakura comes and we wait for kakashi

iruka pov

i walk to the training grounds and i see sasuke sakura and naruto under a tree i walk over and ask "hey have you guys seen sabuko he didnt come home last night. " i ask they point some where i look to where and see him sleeping i lean down and shake him awake but he doesnt stir "hey iruka" kakashi says waving naruto and sakura yell at him for being late "sorry i was lost on the path of life" he says they call him a liar and turn to me "what are you doing here?" he asks smiling under his mask "sabuko didnt come home i guess he slept here"  say kakashi nods and shakes him sabuko finally waking up "hey nerd your a deep sleeper" sauske says sabuko blushed "whoops" he say looking around 

i say good bye and leave them to their exercise

~time skip~

after countless efforts of trying to get people to team up with me they just turn me down or yell at me i was so desperate i asked sakura but she just slapped me and my face burns

~flash back to asking sakura~

"hey sakura wanna team up?" i ask her "no way you would be only trouble im looking for sauske" she says i sigh "you like that jerk more than your own twin" i mumble "he isn't a jerk!" she yells and slaps me walking away. 

~flash back end~

naruto and sasuke just said they can or need to do it alone i had finally gotten three bells and kakashi doesnt notice because i replaced them with my lucky golden bells. we all sat down after the exercise ad before he speaks "um can i do something?" i ask he nods i hand each of them a bell "there they all one if any one needs to go back to the academy its me" i smile and kakashi sitting down sakura agrees "yeah!" she yells naruto frowns and sasuke scoffs 

"Naruto and sasuke both turned sabuko down and sakura slapped him! and he is still giving you all the bells he worked for!" he yells and they all look down except sakura who glares at me

i find out that we get a second chance but no one passes this time because they have to get the bells themselves we are about to eat when kakashi says naruto doesnt get any since he cheated i look at tied up naruto sadly. once kakashi leaves we are about to eat when narutos stomach growls and says something about not needing food but i shove my chop sticks in his mouth making him eat "oh shut up naruto we all know you cant move with out food so with out it your gonna bring the team down" sasuke says "plus the guilt's gonna eat us before we have a chance to eat this." i say "im on a diet anyways" sakura says and we all feed him and my stomach growls since i haven't had food for a while about two days actually but im fine ive went longer with out food... im about to feed naruto when chop sticks are shoved in my mouth and i turn to sasuke "i know you haven't eaten any dinner or breakfast nerd your gonna bring down our team more then naruto can even try" he says i blush and he slowly removes the chop sticks.

then kakashi shows up and tells us we just passed.... i sigh and im about to get up to walk home but something stops me that one bite of food made me even hungrier and im tired and cold.... i think im sick is that why im all hot and clammy but why is every thing  spinning... oh i know why its spinning because im falling and i about to pass ou-

sauske pov

sabuko stands and falls over after a few steps i realize he just pasted out so i take him to the irukas house but i find that he moved out. i see a paper on the door and tells me his new address when i go there i put him in his bed and iruka isn't home yet and sabuko make me stay. so i stay and read until iruka comes back so the nerd doesnt die. but i end up falling asleep..
