Mary was slowly walking along the old, windy stone foot path on her way home from school when she saw the most beautiful china doll in a toy shop window. She checked her bag and pockets for money and she found $8.85, a pack of gum and a paperclip.
She ran into the shop watching her step, picked up the doll and put it on the counter. Mary asked the shop keeper how much for it, he said " $10.00". "I only have $8.85" she said. "Sorry $10.00 or nothing" he said. "What about $8.85 and a pack of gum?" "What type of gum" he asked, "Minty fresh" she said. Mmmm yum well I guess just maybe you can,*Mary said thanks and put the money on the counter and grabbed the doll. When she grabbed it She noticed a tag on it She thought it was just a where and when it was made like tag so She walked back on to the path and started to walk back home.
