CHAPTER 6 -
Flicking my eyes open I knew straight away that my hang over had hit. My head was pounding and my throat was sore. I groaned a little before shutting my eyes again.
" Mum ?"
Flicking them open again I sat up and noticed Kimberley and Amy sitting down at the table eating toast.
" Aww I feel terriable !" I moaned which caused them both to laugh.
" Yeh well it's your own fault." Replied Amy with a cheeky grin.
Kimberley got up from the table and made her way over. She sat down beside me and smiled.
" Do you want me to go and get you something that will make you feel better ?"
" Its already sitting beside me." I winked.
" CHEESY !" Amy shouted.
" Yeh Chez that really was a cheesy line." Kimberley laughed.
" Thanks." I smiled before reaching up and tucking a few stray hairs behind her ear.
" What for ?"
" For giving me another chance , For being my friend." I beamed.
" That's all I ever wanted."
" Good coz I am never going to let you go again."
She smiled at me before bending down and kissing my cheek.
" How about I make dinner for you and Amy tonight ?"
" What ? , Like at your house ?"
" Of course at my house silly." She giggled.
" Well in that case . . . Of course we would like to come over." I smiled sweetly.
The rest if the day was spend laughing and telling old stories about the two of us to Amy.
" Right I need to get going now." Kimberely smiled.
" Ok." I sighed.
" Don't be sad I will see you tonight."
" What time again ?"
" Erm Come over about 6ish."
" Ok Dokey , Still the same house ?" I said with the biggest smile on my face.
" Still the same house." She smiled back.
With that she leaned down and gave me a hug before making her way over to Amy and doing the same.
" Right well I suppose I will need to make a few stops along the way. Check on the rest of the girls." She giggled.
" Bye Kim." Amy chirped.
" Bye Darling , Bye Chez. See yous both tonight."
She walked to the door and then she was gone.
It was only 2pm and an hour since Kimberley left when we heard the door.
" A will get it." Amy said while rolling her eyes.
" Yes baby coz your mam's very ill." I laughed back while trying to sound dramatic.
I heard Amy's name getting shouted by 3 very hyper women. Before I knew it Nicola , Sarah and Nadine came running in throwing themselves on top of me.
" Hello , You three." I laughed.
" Amy come here." Nicola patted the space beside her.
" Yeh group hug." Sarah chirped before reaching up and pulling Amy down on top of her.
" Guess what ?" I smiled.
" What ?" They all said at once causing us all to laugh.
" Kimberley invited us over for dinner tonight."
" See I told you she would come round." Nicola smiled.
" Mum can I ask you a serious question ?"
I could feel everyones eyes stare at me.
" Go on ?" I smiled.
" Do you want Kimberley , I mean as more than a friend ?"
" Erm . . "
" Coz it wouldn't bother me. All I want is for you to be happy."
" I think it's a bit to late for that pet. Even if I did she wouldn't want me back."
Nicola wrapped her arms around my waist before looking up at me.
" You don't know that yet until you tell her how you feel."
" I was going to last night but then Amy interupted." I sighed.
" Aww am sorry mum , I never knew."
" It's ok petal in a way am glad you did."
" Tell her tonight." Nadine pipped up.
" A don't know it might ruin everything." I smiled sadly.
" I don't think it will." Sarah smiled.
" How what has she told you !?"
" Nothing , But I saw what she was like after you left. She was crushed. She was in love with you and I am pretty sure she still is."
" She told you she was in love with me ?" I gasped.
" Yes she told us all."
I looked down at my lap tears beginning to form in my eyes.
" I should never have ran away." I sobbed.
" No you shouldn't have but you where scared." Nicola said before snuggling closer into me.
" Am so sorry for what I done."
" Can you stop saying that , Your here now so lets just focus on the furture." Soothed Nadine while rubbing my arm.
I knew I had to tell Kimberley how I felt. It would just eat me up inside if I didn't. With that in mind I started to think of possiable was of breaking it to her.
