Ethan's pov
After I talked to Bella I walked to her house...
I then nocked on the door and she opened it. Wow she looks sleepy as fuck. But she still looks good.
"Ethan" she said looking down.
..."I have to tell you something".........................................................
"WHAT!" I yelled at her.
"I'm sorry Ethan. It just kinda happened"she said back but I don't care.
"Your a fucking slut Bella. Just like all of his sidehoes!" I yelled back as I saw her crying and then she slamed the door on me.
Why would I say that to her. God I'm stupid. I love her and she doesn't understand that...
I closed my door and layed down on my bed.
I can't stop thinking about Bella. But why dose she wants Grayson?
*7 DAYS LATER*
Bella's pov
I sat down on my bed thinking about what Ethan had said to me that day.
I miss him but what he said was wrong. I'm not a slut. I hope I'm not.
I felt like I was about to throw up.
I got up and ran to the bathroom and placed my head over the toilet seat.
I feel so sick right now.
I then got up and flushed it.
God what is wrong with me. Why do I feel like shit?
I looked at myself in the mirror. Damn I even look sick I thought to myself.
I walked out the bathroom and crowed back into my bed as I then lay down.
I haven't talked to Grayson either. Maybe it's for the best right now anyway.
I just need some me time for a little bit. And I need to get out the house when I start feeling better because I've been in this house all damn week...
Grayson's pov
I haven't heard from Bella in a few days after you know.
I'll go check on her in a little while.
"Ethan!" I called out. But no answer.
I walked in his room but he wasn't their. I guess he went out.
As I was about to leave I saw on his bed a note. I picked it up to read it...
Bella I'm sorry for being an ass that day. I hope I didn't hurt you but you hurt me when you told me what you and grayson did because I thought we had something special you know? But I guess we don't. I guess when I kissed you and when you said you loved me we had nothing special. I'm sorry Bella please forgive me one day? From E.
"What the fuck" I said to my self as I balled up the paper and put it in my pocket. I left his room.
I'm very pissed. She cheated on me with my own brother. Twin brother!
I walked out the house and ran up to her door.
"Bella open the door now!" I yelled. No responds.
She told me that their is a key to the house somewhere.
I looked under the door Matt and found it.
I unlocked the door and looked for her.
I went into her room to see her laying on the floor unconscious.
"Bella!" I ran up to her and grabbed her. She didn't get up.
"Bella baby look at me" I yell at her but she still didn't wake up.
I grabbed my phone and called the ambulance.....
They quickly got here and they put her in the ambulance truck and they told me that they're taking her to the hospital.
I quickly got to my house and grab the keys to Ethan's car.
I lock the door got in the car. I started it up and drove off to the hospital where they took her....
