As I opened it, I saw something, something I have never in my life has seen. It felt like light was coming out of it. I took off the tissue paper that was wrapping the gift inside and I saw these elegant, rainbow boots. I don't know what was different about these boots but there was. I was wondering,
" Who gave this to me?"
Maybe my neighbor? Or my Friends?
"I don't know."
I tried them on and they fit as perfectly as Cinderella's slipper did. How did they know my exact size?!?
"Well I think they are pretty cute on me! So I'm keeping it!"
It was 6:30 and my parents woke up. They asked me what I was doing up so early and I wanted to keep the boots secretly but I didn't.. My mom asked,
"Um what's behind your back?"
"Oh nothing!"I lied.
"Yes there is something."
"Ok fine it's these boots I apparently got from this rainbow mailman and someone gave it to me."
"Why did you answer the door? I said I only answer doors"
"Wow mom you finally care about me!"
"That's not very nice! I'm just saying that kinda creepy, someone at the door that early!"
"I don't know do gave it to me either."
"Hmmm I don't know either."
I went to my kitchen to make breakfast because by parents are to lazy to. I make ham and eggs with pancakes.
"Mom these boots are very comfortable!"
"Cool. I think you should get rid of them right now!"
"Um mom your just jealous."
"No I'm not. I just don't want you to get hurt or anything.
That's the nicest thing mom has ever said to me. I was getting worried about mom. She's starting to be nicer to me. That's actually kind of nice!
