Always and Forever?

I sat in the doctors office playing on my phone, waiting to be called back. I'd find out what the sex of the baby is today and I can't wait! I wish the guys were here for this but they forgot about me.. and obviously didn't care about me.. I tried to text and call them after everything went down with Mike and I.. but they never answered me back..  so I gave up then I found out I was pregnant..  I looked around the waiting room and noticed all the couples, the husbands there to support his wife, to hold her hand and tell her it would all be ok. my eyes filled with tears but I held them back. soon my name was called and I stood up gathering my things before making my way to the back.  once I was shown to my room I sat on the table and waited for the nurse to come in. 

"Hello Miss. Trent how are you feeling today?" 

"I'm feeling great Lynn, how are you?" she sat on the stool next to the ultra sound machine and started pressing some buttons. 

"I am doing wonderful! now are you ready to check up on this little love and see if  we are having a he or a she?!" I smiled brightly and nodded as I raised my shirt and laid back preparing for the cold lube to be rubbed on my lower stomach. 

"Okay here we go!" soon she stuck the ultrasound stick to my stomach and moved it around a bit before the picture showed up.  I let out a breath I didn't realize I was holding when I heard the sound of  a strong and healthy heart beat filling the room. tears filled my eyes and I smiled

"Okay, baby love is being stubborn today! lets see if we can see the sex yeah?" my eyes were glued to the screen as I saw my precious love on the screen. it was so tiny, I was growing that!

"Okay so are you ready!" I laughed at lynns enthusiasm! she was as excited as I am! she has been so nice to me through this whole pregnancy, we have become good friends! 

"Yes!! yes!" I bit my lip and watched the screen more

"Say hello to your daughter!"  I laughed a nervous laugh and the tears started. my baby girl. I looked at her picture on the screen and smiled so brightly. 

"Hello Hazel, I'm your mommy" I smiled and watched the screen as she moved around. 

"That is a very beautiful name! now here clean up an I will print off your pictures. "  the rest of the check up went great, and everything measured perfect and I am doing just fine also!  on my way out Lynn gave me the print offs of the ultrasound and I smiled wile I looked over the 6 pictures, her small body, her small feet, hands, her chubby little face. her small nose. I am so in love with her, and I haven't even meet her yet. wile I was lost in my moment I ran into someone thus causing me to fall to the ground.  

"Oh my god I am so sorry!! are you ok?!" my hands were protectively over my stomach as I started  to stand up, everything felt find, my arm was kind of sore but other then that I was ok. 

"Yeah, I, um we are fine" I looked up and my heart dropped. 

"Danielle?"  I couldn't answer him. his brown eyes were swallowing me whole. 

"Mike.." I nodded once and tore my eyes from him and stepping away from him. 

"What are you doing here?" I looked at him and my hands rubbed my swollen abdomen slightly.

"I had a appointment.. the real question is what are you doing here?" I looked at him and for the first time I noticed the small blonde by his side, her hand laying on her slightly swollen stomach. my heart stopped and I felt dizzy. tears filled my eyes, and breathing was getting harder to do. 

"Hey, here sit down. you don't look so good". pain shot through my chest, and tears fell silently down my face. 

"Um no I'm fine, I just need to get home.." I took a deep breath and stood from the chair, and started walking away, trying to put as much distance between us as possible.. 

 once I was in my car, I cried. I let it all out.. today was going to well, I'm having a beautiful baby girl! but then I just had to bump into him.. he is here with someone else.. doing things that couples do during the  40 weeks of pregnancy and here I am all alone..  

Once I arrived home, I went inside put on some fluffy pjs and laid in bed eating junk-food and watching sappy movies. I soon feel asleep and unfortunately dreamed of the lat night I had with Mike..
