The Vampire Diaries: Two Is Better Than One ~ Chapter 2

"Do I have to answer it?" I asked politely, we were still in the Salvatore house, Elena asked me about the non-existent stuff that has happen in my life, such as my love life.

"Yes" Elena answered "come on their must have been a guy there"

"The only guy that was close to my age was 43" I laughed "if only he looked like Johnny Depp"

"Have you finished you little catch up session yet?" interrupted Damon "because the owner of this house is going to go get something to eat at the grill, and by eat I mean suck some Cougars neck"

My eyes widened with excitement "The Grill? Do people still hang out at that joint?" I asked ignoring his last comment.

"Yes, and no you're not going" Elena replied, I sat there and glared at her.

"HAHA... good joke" I chuckled "Damon you are driving, right?"

"I wasn't joking, Klaus can't know you're here" she explained, looking between me and Damon.

"So, I'll pretend to be you, and you can just go home" I said proudly "it's all sorted"

I made my way out side before she could say another word.

"I'm no one's chaperone" I heard Damon say as he got into his car.

I am vampire slayer, I can look after myself.

So as Elena drove home, I got a lift from Damon to the grill. It looked exactly the same as I remember it, but there were way more bachelors here, time to get my flirt on.

Damon must have sensed my enthusiasm and held me back, "you're supposed to be Elena"

"But she's boring" I pouted, but there was one thing that me and Elena love to do.

I moved towards the bar and took a seat waiting for the barmaid to serve me, Damon took a seat next to me; I could feel his body close to mine, to bad his fully in love with my sister.

The barmaid went straight to him completely ignoring me, he ordered his drink not even having to pay, lucky prick.

"Two shots" I said as she was about to turn her back, she gave me a dirty smile and asked "I.D?"

"She's with me" he compelled her, with those three words she went and brought back brought my shots, Damon thinking his all that took one of my shots.

"What do you think you're doing?" I asked in a, are-you-stupid tone. "That's my shot"

He looked confused "you have your shot"

"I battle vampire for a living, you think one shot's enough?" I pointed out while raising an eye brow. I had shot down the first one before he passed it over; I quickly shot that one down to "thanks"

"Don't thank me yet" he smirked "after an hour, I'll be carrying you out of here"

"Sounds good to me" I winked, then I realised what he said "wait, you don't think I can hold my liquor?"

"I know you can't" he challenged.

"Well, I would prove it to you but I don't want to keep you from 'suckin some Cougars neck'"I quoted, "now if you excuse in have to go find the lucky guy who going to get me tonight"

I had already made my way out of the chair but he grabbed my arm to push me down.

"What did you give her?" Damon asked, I was about confused then I realised that he wasn't speaking to me.

"An ABC shot"

I started to laugh; I couldn't hold my liquor that long "Oops, I downed them in less than 30 seconds"

"We haven't even been here 15 minutes and you're already drunk" he laughed, he asked for another of his drinks when I started to ask a question, but someone beat me too it.

"Well hello friends" I've never meet him before but I knew it was him.

"Piss off Klaus" I growled, I couldn't even have a night before I killed him.

"Elena, please don't say such hurtful things to me" he said "you know what happened last time"

"And you know what happened after that, Stefan nearly ran her off a bridge" Damon offered.

I lent my head on the counter not wanting to hear the conversation, "Damon let's go back to your place" I winked and slurred.

"Maybe you getting it in tonight Damon" Klaus commented " isn't this what you've been waiting for? " he left with a slap on Damon's back.

I don't remember anything, until we got to Damon's house, I could feel him lift me up from the car and take me to a room.

"Damon?" I slurred, "Do you really love Elena?"

He put me down on the bed, I was about to ask him again but he answered

"Yeah, but it doesn't change anything" he confessed.

"Do you want to know something funny?" I asked, "You have known me less than a day and I know shit about you more than anyone"

"That's because, you're just like Elena" he said.

"Is Katherine like Elena?"

"Hardly" he scoffed.

"Well I'll tell you a secret" I alleged "I'm a little bit of both"

I just wanted to show in this chapter how much Damon and Mya are like, and how much they can read eachother.

I was thinking of putting somthing there between Mya and Damon but also Damon and Elena..

Don't worry girls Stefan shall be in future chapters :D
