Previously on 'Girl Meets SCREAM : The Final Game' : Maya decided to go to a physiatrist to talk about her on going nightmares, & turns out she has developed a mental illness called PTSD. Farkle went to go visit Smackle in prison to get answers as to why she decided to be the killer & finish what Missy started. Meanwhile, the killer strikes again & kills one of Maya's friends who goes by the name, 'The Rebel'. Also, one of Maya's friends may not be who she says she is.

10:30pm
Maya's heart was beating out of her chest as she ran through the woods in the night scared and afraid. Her hair was messier than usual. Smudges of dirt & leaves covered her from head to toe. Her cloths were a bit ripped & blood was coming out of her knee. Maya stopped to catch her breath, but she knew she couldn't rest for long. As soon as Maya turned around, there she saw him. Standing in a not so far distance. Someone in a black hoodie, black sweatpants, black gloves, black boots, and a black ski mask. And in this persons hands, was a knife covered in blood. Maya started to run in the opposite direction, but a few seconds later...she tripped & laid on the floor. Just as she was about to get up, the person jumped on top of her & looked her in the eye. Maya knew what was about to happen next. The person raised the knife he ( or she ) had in his ( or her ) hand & held it tightly.

5:30pm before that night

Maya
Police sirens is all I could here. It seems like that's the most common sound I hear every day now. After I found my friend 'The Rebel' dead my heart completely sank. Moments later I called the cops and told them everything, except for one thing. I didn't tell them about how the killer changed my home screen to a picture of me with blood-like font words on my shirt. Right now, I was sitting on the front bench of my house trying to get my mind off of things. The sun was beginning to set, & the sky started to become a bit dark as the day came to an end. Just as I was going to get off the bench, someone came & sat next to me.
Charlie : Going somewhere?

Me : I was, but maybe I'll stick around for a couple more minutes
•
Charlie : I heard what happened to your friend & I'm sorry that you had to go through that.
•
Me : Thanks. You know it's weird because considering how many people have died right in front of me, I would be used to seeing these type of things...but...I'm not.
•
Charlie held my hand & looked at me right in the eyes. He smiled. I smiled back.
Charlie : We'll get through this whole thing Maya. We'll get through all this, together.

Me : Thanks Charlie. I really appreciate that.
•
And then suddenly, out of nowhere. He kissed me right in the lips. After a few seconds we stopped kissing. I imagined there'd be sparks when this happened to be honest. But honestly, I didn't really feel anything. But I smiled at him & held his hand. A couple of bushes that were not to far from where we were sitting started rattling & shaking. A few seconds later they stopped.
Me : Well that was weird

Charlie : Yah. So anyway I was thinking that next week we could go catch a movie or something
•
Me : Sure totally
•
Charlie : Great! Well I gotta get goin back home before my mom starts to get worried. I'll see you at school

Me : Bye
•
He kissed me goodbye & started running home. I was planning on going back inside, but maybe instead I'll just sit out here for a few more minutes feeling the fresh air hit my face.

Katy ( Maya's mom )
I was in the kitchen washing the dishes that were left from yesterday. I haven't had time to do practically anything since I had to pick up Maya from the police station where she had to answer questions about the murder she witnessed. My poor baby girl doesn't deserve to suffer from all this. When I finished washing the dishes, I dried my hands with a rag & sat down on the couch.
*PHONE RINGS*
I pulled my phone out of my pocket to see who was calling. It was an 'Unknown I.D.' I swiped the screen & answered the call.
Me : Hello?

Voice : Hello Katy. Still keeping the murder you committed a secret from your daughter?
•
Me : Maya is going through a really tough time right now so if you don't stop with these annoying calls I'm calling the police!
•
Voice : *tsk tsk tsk* Oh Katy. Will you ever learn? Remember, if I go down. You go down with me
•
Me : What do you want then?!
•
Voice : You...

It's been almost 15 minutes since Charlie left & Maya was still sitting on the bench at the front of her house. She looked down at her feet trying to relax, but no matter how hard Maya tried she just couldn't do it. Then suddenly, there was a loud crashing sound coming from inside the house. Startled, Maya got up from the bench & ran inside the house. When she entered inside, the first thing she saw was a bunch of broken plates scattered all over the floor.
Maya : Mom?! Mom where are you?!
Maya went up the stairs & entered her moms room. But she wasn't there. Then just as Maya was about to shut the door, she noticed a snow-globe on her moms desk was playing piano like music. She slowly started walking towards it. Maya picked up the snow-globe & looked at the bottom of it. There was a note tapped onto it. She grabbed the note & read what it said.

I have your mom. And if you ever want to see her alive again, you will meet me ALONE in the woods by the abandoned 'Late Night Resort'!

Maya questioned for a moment wether she should go or not. But she realized if she wanted to save her mom, she would have to go. Wether it ends pretty or not. Maya grabbed her black leather jacket & headed out the door.
Meanwhile at the Matthews house. Riley was in her room on her computer secretly watching videos that Smackle took when she was responsible for the killing spree. Riley got a hold of the flash drive containing the videos when she & Farkle went to the old house where they saw pictures of themselves & their friends on the walls of the house. Riley decided to watch them incase she missed anything that might lead to finding out who the killer is. Then suddenly, she came across a video that caught her attention. She clicked on it & her mouth dropped. It was a video of Drew & someone in a black hoodie. Riley quickly plugged in her headphones & listened to their conversation.
Drew : You know I'm not going to keep this a secret forever

Voice : And why not?!
•
Drew : Because something this big can't be hidden from everybody for a lifetime
•
Voice : I just need more time
•
Drew : You've been gone for almost a year I'm sure that's enough time
•
Voice : Well...will this change your mind?
•
The person in the black hoodie took out an envelope filled with $1,000 & a coupon for McDonald's French fries.
Drew : In that case. My lips are sealed. Pleasure doing business with you.
Drew walked away from the person & left. Then, the person in the black hoodie turned around & what Riley saw made her eyes open wide in shock.
She quickly closed the computer & tried to breath calmly. She wasn't sure what all that was about, but she definitely knew one thing.
Riley : Lucas is still alive.

10:30pm back to that night

Just as Maya was about to get up, the person jumped on top of her & looked her in the eye. Maya knew what was about to happen next. The person raised the knife he ( or she ) had in his ( or her ) hand & held it tightly.

and then...
someone else in a black hoodie tackled down the person that was about to stab Maya in the face. The person in the black hoodie wearing a ski mask ran off into the woods until he ( or she ) was nowhere in sight. But the other person knelt down next to Maya.
Maya : Is that really you...?

Lucas : Yah, it's me.
•
Maya : *whispers* Oh my god...
•
Lucas : But I don't have much time.
•
Maya : Wait what do you me-
•
Then, Lucas kissed Maya right on the lips. Both of them closed their eyes & let the sparks between them glow. Maya felt different kissing Lucas compared to kissing Charlie. There was something real between them. A few moments later, Maya opened her eyes & he was gone. Lucas was no where in sight. She got up from the floor & stood up. There was something she saw in a far distance tho. Someone in a black cloak, black gloves, black boots, and a white ghost face like mask. Maya started running back home. Luckily she arrived there safely. When she got there she noticed her mom sitting on the couch watching TV.
Maya : Mom?

Katy : Oh my god Maya what happened to you?!
•
Maya told her mom everything. Except for the part of her & Lucas which Maya herself wasn't even sure if that moment happened or not.
Katy : Well whoever told you they had me must've been playing games with you because I was just at the grocery store & thought that you were at Riley's house

Maya : It's ok mom. I'm fine anyway
•
A few moments later, Maya went upstairs to the bathroom & was getting ready to take a shower. She looked in the mirror just as she was about to get it in the tub. Maya wasn't sure about a lot of things that was going on in her life, but she did know one thing. There's defiantly more than 1 person out to get her & her friends. That she was sure of.
Meanwhile,
while Maya was taking a shower. Katy was in her room taking out an empty box. And in the box, she starting putting a black hoodie, black sweatpants, black gloves, a black ski mask, and a sharp silver knife.
Katy : The things I'd do to try & get away with murder.
She put the box under her bed & left it there. She knew that everybody wouldn't ever suspect the mother. Well, maybe not everybody...
