Adam buried his feelings away. He didn't want to admit he liked Lars. Even though it hurt to lie to himself. Today was another day of skyping him. He noticed Lars seemed, different today. "Lars,,, are you okay?" Adam asked concerned. Lars looked at the camera and let out a sigh. "Not really. Adam how do you know if you like someone?" Adam's heart skip a beat. 'Who is it?' He wondered. Adam felt a little bit jealous, but also hopeful that maybe Lars might like him. 'Wait Adam no, you don't like him' Adam thought to himself. "Uh, I don't really know." Adam said and then asked, "who is it?" Lars smiled at him and said, "feels bad man." And then Lars looks at the floor, thinking of how to reply to Adam's answer. "Adam. I think I might like this person named Rain."
Adam gave a small painful smile but Lars couldn't see the pain buried in his eyes. "Aww, that's cute! I hope it works out."
"Hey should I change my skype name to big daddy?" Lars asked to change the topic. Adam gave him a confused look, "Go for it."
Later that night Adam sat in his room, looking up at the night sky. He felt a small tear roll down. "Why does it hurt? It's not like I actually have a crush on Lawrence. We're just close friends." Adam went to bed or tried to. He stayed up almost all night, his thoughts filled with questions.
