Backstory: Carlos was a normal kid until he witnessed his mother's death, after this his mind broke into 2, there is him and there's rider, after a while Carlos and rider came to an agreement because rider kept trying to take over Carlos's body Carlos told him "You find me the worst scum on this planet, people who torture, people who kill unjustly people that deserve death, and I will let you kill them but I will not kill anyone else". After this rider gave Carlos access to their shared semblance.

Then flames come out of his body anything he touches becomes a weapon for him to use like mechanic tools

He is a great mechanic and has kept his car it pristine condition for a VERY long time. In his regular form he can use a part of his semblance without turning fully into the rider. He can set tools and other things on fire making them dangerous weapons but if he goes into his semblance fully and him and rider work together RUN.
Weapon: Anything he can get his hands on. Chains,shotguns,fire,tools, etc.
