Hi guys! So this story is being written by @the_quiet_writer and @silhouettewriter . We are probably going to switch off each chapter, but since we will have to consult each other about what happens in the book, updates might take awhile to publish. This is a narry fanfic, we have a lot of ideas for this one so please take the time to read! Also, it'd be great if you could check out our accounts and books! Thanks :)

"Niall, you need to wake up! Your plane is boarding," I felt a pair of hands shaking my shoulders, jolting me awake.

"Finally," Casey huffed. I blinked, trying to adjust my eyes to the bright light.

"Sorry babe," I apologized. I adjusted my seating to sit upright.

"Hey, you need to get going," Her voice cracked. She was trying to stay strong but you could see it in her eyes that she didn't want me to go. She touched my arm, her cold palms chilling my flaming skin.

"You'll be okay. Remember, your gonna visit me in a few weeks, and I'll call you everyday," I had to be the strong one for her sake.

"Promise?"

"I promise," I kissed the top of her head, lingering before abruptly pulling away.

"I really need to go now," I quickly gathered all of my luggage, pecking my girlfriend on the lips before hurrying away. I felt her eyes on my back but decided not to turn and see. I sighed, running my fingers through my short hair. I put too much product in it this morning so my hand ended up raking through it painfully. My basketball shorts hung loosely as I walked. I found the line leading towards my plane, rushing over to get a spot. I adjusted the collar to my t-shirt, as it had fallen back and pulled against my neck uncomfortably. While I waited, I texted my mum.

To: Mum

Hey, I'm boarding the plane now. Gonna miss you xx

I locked my phone, looking up to realize I've been holding up the line. I walked forward, handing the nice-looking lady my ticket. She scanned it, flashing me a smile before handing it back.

"Have a nice flight!"

I stepped forward into the tunnel leading to the plane. I took my time, looking around at the dull gray walls. My feet and suitcases pattered along the uneven flooring. Eventually, I made it to the entrance of the plane. I gave a small wave to one of the pilots, then turned so I could find my seat.

"A-11" I mumbled to myself. I had a window seat in the 11th row. I trudged down the aisle, earning curious looks from others that had already been seated. When I arrived at my seat, I stored my luggage in the compartment above it. I took note that whoever is sitting next to me hadn't boarded the plane yet. I bounced my leg anxiously, I wasn't exactly one for plane rides. I have always had a fear that it would crash in the middle of the ocean and no one would find us.

I was jerked out of my negative thoughts when I heard clumsy feet running onto the plane.

"It's too late for you to come onto the plane! Sir you need to leave," I heard a pilot shout.

"I have my ticket right here," the anonymous male said calmly. Shuffling was heard, I'm assuming the ticket was handed to the pilot.

"Fine, but I hope you realize that what you did was unacceptable and your lucky I'm letting you go," the pilot mumbled.

The man walked through the doorway, an emotionless expression on his face. I took in his appearance; a plain black tank top and black jeans with black boots. He wasn't much to look at, except the tattoos that adorned his muscular arms. His left arm had a full sleeve of black ink running down it, while the right only had a few scattered around his shoulder. Brunette curls covered his head, bouncing as he walked. He didn't seem like someone I should interact with, the vibe he carried with him was dark and dangerous. Sadly, the hope that I could avoid him was shattered when he walked right up the my row, tossing his small black suitcase in the shelf above me and sitting down with a sigh. I went back to tapping away on my iPhone, looking through my Instagram feed. I lingered on a photo of Casey, she had her glasses on and blonde hair in a messy bun at the top of her head. It was adorable. I liked it and nearly jumped out of my skin when the mystery man beside me spoke up.
