Your eyes closed to the truth again,

sighs escaped your crystal lips,

you forgot what it was like to smile.

Reaching out to the heavens

feeling the pouring agony,

you shut your heart off and prayed for

the end to come. No hope came from

your stitched up heart. The tears

that fall are not yours, they drip

from the eyes of those you love.

You wished for life to change..
