"I swear to God Harry...if you go into the Chamber of Secrets..." I groaned and jerked my body. " I said no!!! Riddle is down there!" I screamed out.

Of course, here I am at 26 sitting in my garage with a cigarette burning out, yelling at my phone as Harry Potter plays. I have no life. I pressed pause and made my way inside,Trying to warm up from the frigid Gotham air that seems to never end. I chucked my uggs off and curled onto the couch. Layering my blankets over me. A little burrito of happiness.

It was like that for an hour until my phone went off. My boss was calling and a girl knows not to miss these kinda calls. Well anyone really. Two Face is not a man who you would want to disappoint because its your life on the line.

"Yes sir?" I held my tone flat and emotionless. Lowered.

"My dear Kris. I am in need of your skills tonight. Its a 5k job if you do it well." I smiled. I do love money. And my job.

"Just text me where to go and I'll be there at 11." we agreed and hung up. I stumbled into my room and fingered through the clothing.

Settling on the black leather pants, tank top and jacket I smiled happily finding the buckle boots under my bed. I really need to clean more often I sat up with a huff and shoved the messy brown curls out of my face.

With a few minutes to spare I hastily pulled my hair into a bun and raced out to my car Kendrick the 2nd. Burning rubber and making my way to the destination. I typed a quick text to my sister telling her not to wait up for me whenever she gets home as I blared the music and continued through the congested Gotham roads.

Down town Gotham was a hives nest of night light. Pretty and dangerous. I parked where I had been directed to by Two Face and pulled out my nail file. Fixing the nails on my left hand. Knee against the gun concealed under the steering wheel. The lights from the stereo and large center screen flooded the car as I sifted through all the locations I would need to know off hand.

Guns blasting were my first clue it was time to be ready so I tossed the nail file behind me and I slung a single band on the wheel and the other on the clutch. A second tinier gun placed in my breast pocket as the doors were wrenched open. Two face and a man I knew off looks alone climbed in. I gassed and we sped off into the traffic, dodging cars and pedestrians.

"Where to boss?" I called to the back where He sat. Breathing heavily before rifling through his pockets and holding tight to his coin.

I heard he was once Harvey Dent. A handsome influential man who just had one bad day. Courtesy to the man sitting passenger at my side.

But hey, sometimes that's all it takes.

I drifted the car around the corner, feeling the guy next to me slide half away across my lap before laughing loudly and correcting himself irritating me until I barked out to him.

I'm fairly local. I've been around.

"Listen bud! Hold the fuck on before I toss ya out!" And all he did was growl. Figures. But he held on to the oh shit handle as I took another sharp turn. Drifting smoothly into the traffic and flipping the turbo notches.

I've seen the streets you're walking down. I'm fairly local. Good people now.

Red and blue lights flashed. Magical colors.

"Ammatures. Takes more than 9 of you to catch up." I giggled and turned the music up again.

I'm evil to the core, What I shouldn't do I will
They say I'm emotional, What I want to save I'll kill

I moved the clutch again. Slamming the car into reverse as we sped backwards past the police cars as they scrambled to get out our way. Two Face let out a yelp.

"Hold onto your hats boys! Its gonna be a bumpy ride!" I flipped a u turn and clipped the back of the car against a building laughing as we hit 120. People flew into buildings and ran off as we flew down the clogged streets. I zig zagged into alleys and started to sing along. The cops flashed behind us coming off different cross roads and I grinned wider. I loved a good challenge.

Is that who I truly am?, I truly don't have a chance Tomorrow I'll keep a beat, And repeat yesterday's dance

I pulled out the gun from under the wheel and opened the window. Firing shots off behind me. The sound of the pigs crashing had all three of us laughing. I swerved to miss a car stopped at the red light. Cutting off oncoming traffic.

I swooped a hand across the screen and the electronic voice stated that I-67 was blocked off for construction. I pursed my lips and felt the car glide a turn smoothly and we flashed onto the ramps.

I'm fairly local. I've been around.

"Oh darling..this ones blocked!" Two Face cried out from behind me. I shrugged and sped up.

"Just need to make this jump fellas and we are golden."  I pursed my lips. Concentrating.

I've seen the streets your walking down. I'm fairly local. Good people now.

True to my word..220 miles an hour, I felt the road disappear from under the tires and the car go flying. I threw a timer bomb below us. With a bit of luck I made the gap and stomped on the brake, pulling the E brake up as well. Pulling the car into the oncoming traffic smoothly, blending in.

From a distance we could see the lights from the pigs above at the other ramp. Fladhlights blazing into the empty darkness below them. With a click the bomb went off. Causing them all to jump back.

I'm not evil to the core. What I shouldn't do I will fight

"And we are in the clear boys." I flashed them a smile as I pulled into the share house district. Turning into my seat they just stared at me.

"That was..." My boss started before the other guy chimed in.

"That was a blast doll. Loved the fireworks at the end...how...brilliant." he let out a Howl of laughter and made his way out of the car. Boss man following him on shaky legs.

"Sure. Something like that." he flipped his coin a few times. He tossed me the cash and smiled fatherly at me. "Get home safe Kris. Tell your sister in said hi." I knew the threat behind that one. They were always fighting. I saluted him and flashed a glance at the man behind him. A large red smile on his face.

"Lates Mister Joker!" I saluted him too, then made my way to the chop shop for a new paint job. Lighting up my smoke I settled in for a long night. His laughter following me as I blazed a trail away from the two gangsters and their secrets.

The world around us is burning but we're so cold It's the few, the proud, and the emotional.
