Nightosphere

MARSHALL'S POV

I drew a happy face and spilled milk on it. I said the magic words and the portal to the nightosphere opened. I went in and it was total darkness the only form of light was the glow of red lava from within the rocks.

I soon arrived at my old house. I knocked on the door and a familiar voice from behind ringed "who is it?"

"It's me." I looked to the ground. Then the door opened and mummy came out and hugged me.

"Oh my darling Marshall. You finally came to visit your mother after 400 years." She then let go of the hug and let me in.

I sat on the couch and looked around at the familiar old house. It was still the same old house nothing has changed. Mummy came back and handed me a cup of tea and sat on the couch opposite me.

Then started asking

(M is for mummy and ML is Marshall lee)

M: so I've heard that you have a human girlfriend.

ML: (told you she knew everything) yes it's fionna

M: I know I liked her since the last time I saw her.

ML: you do? (sounded a bit too excited)

M: yes but that's not the reason you came to see me.

ML: yea I want to know what's wrong with me

M: she's 'touched' your sensitive spot.

ML: what? what's that?

M: at 1000 years old every vampire's sensitive spot activates itself and when someone says that special something only your soul mate would say to you you change into a semi demon. That's when you go a little crazy and if that sensitive spot is trigered even further you will become the full demon.

ML: then what can I do? I don't want to harm my girlfriend.

M: you need to control it, unless you need to use it. It's power is really powerful so only use it when necessary.

ML: but I think I scared her away earlier. I don't think she'll come back to me. I'm a monster.

M: hey if she's your soul mate you don't have to worry about it. She'll never leave you. You just have to let her in.

ML: what?

M: let her in here(she points at my heart)

ML: but I don't understand

M: you have to open up to her. Let her feel like you need her.

ML: how?

M:haha you'll figured it out believe me(she touches my cheek)

After spending some time talking to her she told me to go home and clear up with fionna. So she created the portal back to Aaa and waved goodbye as I stepped into it.

MEANWHILE

FIONNA'S POV

I went to EU's house and sort of interrupted on their date.

I knocked on her door and it was Janice who came to answer it. "What do you want?" she rolled her eyes.

"I'm looking for Eunice." I said expressionless.

"She's upstairs in her room with her nerdy boyfriend." She pointed to the stairs. I walked in and she closed the door.

I went up to Eunice's room. I knocked on the door and Finn asked "who is it?"

"It's fionna." I replied. Then I heard some crashing of stuff in the room and finally Eunice opened the door. "Hey fi what brings you here?"

"Am I interrupting?" I asked looking over her shoulder at Finn. "No it's ok we were just hanging."

"I came to ask you about Marshall." I looked down and walked into the room.

She let me sit on her bed then we discussed about it. Finn just sat there awkwardly not knowing what to say to both of us. He was holding Eunice's hand throughout our conversation.

I learnt that every vampire had to go through this stage of life. It was common and it only happens when a soul mate says something that affects him deeply in the heart. Eunice also added "witches goes through the same process too and if it goes out of hand we become human forever or may even die."

"Die?!?" my eyes widened at the sound of that.

"Yes we may die we would be lucky if we become human only. But this situation differs from demon to demon." She smiled "all you can do is help him and if you need to use this situation for good. Just never leave the person because of it as it will just slowly kill them inside."

She puts her hand on my shoulder "he needs you and I'm sure you need him too so work together to pull through this."

"Once the time of this stops it will no longer affect him and he will continue on as the vampire king he is." I try to smile and slowly take in all the information.

I love him and he needs me now is not the time to let him be. I have to find him. I left Eunice's house and ran to Marshall's I hope I would find him there.

EUNICE'S POV

After fionna left me and Finn sat there on the bed speechless for a moment until he broke the silence.

"Hey darling."

"Yea finny baby?"

"What's the thing that affects you?"

"Huh?"

"You know... The one that's like Marshall's situation."

"Well I'm not really sure but I nearly changed into a human the last time I cried when I was heart broken by my ex boyfriend when I caught him kissing another girl." It pained me a little at the thought of it. I put my hand on my chest and bent down.

"Are you okay baby?" Finn holds me in his hands. "Yes I'm fine I just need to rest a while."

"You can rest on my lap darling." Finn pats his lap then kisses me on the forehead.

"Hey Finn?"

"Yea?"

"Why don't you ever kiss me on the lips?"

"Well... Erm.... The truth is I.... I have never had my first kiss."

"What? why haven't you told me?"

"I'm afraid you might laugh at me."

"Laugh at you? Never."

"Really?"

"Yea in fact I'm honored to be your first kiss."

Finn chuckled and held my shoulders "glob you're the best girlfriend a guy could ever have."

"And you're the best boyfriend a girl could ever ask for."

"I love you"

"Well then show it." I puckered up and closed my eyes.

Then I felt a hand at my cheek and then finally soft lips on mine. It felt so good. This kiss is so different from any other kiss.

I love him so much. We kissed for about 5 minutes.

Then he pulled away and asked "is that right?"

I giggled "yes finny." I hugged him. I never wanted to let go.

"Don't let go just yet." I hugged even tighter.

"I wasn't going to" he rubbed my back and hugged me back.
