"I'm done." calmly stated Candy.
"You don't know mean or, you know I am the only one for you. You can't find someone like me. Remember what you say." He paused. " Forever and Always."
A tear streamed down Candys face as a result of Jarreds words. The salt from hher tears burned her cheek from where Jarred had last hit her.
Candy winced as Jarred pushed a strand of her hair out of her face. Candy could let this happen again, she got up and tried tobleave but was interupred with a pain in the back of her head. Followed by a painful beating from Jarred.
Jarred left her with blood and bruses as the only sign of love. The thing is that Candy didn't try to stop him or cry out for help. She just took what Jarred intend to give her.
Candy didn't care anymore she wanted it to stop, the pain and hurt.
Trying to hold back the tears she got up and made her way to the bathroom.
Candy looked at herself in the mirror and gave up on hold in the tears. She couldn't recognize herself.
Her beautiful green eyes were replaced with tired black circles. Her once perfect smile was swollen and full of blood. Candy felt as if she was a different person.She couldn't handle it.
Her Sadness worked its way into anger. She screamed and cries. In her moment of rampage, she had broken the mirror.
Candy stopped and thought.
Candy slowly moved towds a piece of glass that had been shattered and picked it up. She hesitantly brought the fragment to her left wrist and started cutting.
She could barley feel it after Jarred had left her body numb, but at the same time.it felt good to her.
"I'm done" she repeated as if Jarred was still.in the room with her.
The glass made many deep wounds and before Candy could force herself to make another she had passed out. But not before she hit her head in the corner of the sink.
