Marinette's POV ~
The next day I got ready for school. When I got there Alya was with Nino waiting at the gate. They were laughing. Alya had study hall and Nino was busy so ot was just me and...ADRIAN! We were walking together when he started up a conversation. "So I hear your into fashion designing?"he asked. I nodded."Yeah. I'm hoping to start my own fashion studio." I explained. He smiled. Just then Chloe came over. "Hey Adrikins! Why are you hanging withthis loser? " sah asked looking at me as if I'm a piece of trash. "Ugh. Get away from Adrian. NOW!" She said and pushed me. I feel down and hurt my hand."CHLOE! " Adrian said. I felt a lump in my throat and my vision went blury. "Marinette. Are you okay?" Adrian asked. "See you tomorrow Adrian." I said and ran off crying.

Adrian POV ~
I stared at Marinette as she ran off. "Ugh! Finally she's gone." Chloe said. I just saw red and tried calming down. "Just leave Chloe!"I shouted. She raised her eyebrows. "Why? What did I do?"she asked batting her eyelashes. "For once in your miserable life just leave me the hell alone!" I shouted and stormed off.

Marinette's POV ~
I didn't bother to greet my parents. I just ran up to my room and collapsed on my bed in tears. Chloe had embarrassed me in front of Adrian and I didn't know how to show my face around him. I curled up on my bed letting the tears roll down my cheeks.
I obviously fell asleep because I woke up two hours later. I just sat there feeling... drained. It was eight at night and I wasn't sure what to do. I immediately thought of Adrian and Chloe wanting to cry. Just then Chat Noir knocked on my window. So I let him in. "Hello Princess. " he said. "Whats wrong?". I just couldn't keep it in so I burst into tears. "Chloe, this girl embarrassed me. I don't know why she hates me so much. Ugh. Life is so complicated ,Chat." I explained. He stroked my hair and hugged me. I felt so warm and safe in his arms.

Adrian's POV ~
I liked hugging Marinette so much. She was so gentle and calm and it was nice how she could just say her feelings to me.
After our hug we sat on her couch and I had my arm around her. She put her head on my shoulder and started a movie. I kissed her on her forehead again just like last night but she didn't stop me. I smiled and said in my head,"Oh Marinette... I think I'm falling for you..."
