Where Am I?

         I slowly open my eyes, jolting up as I hear the loud barks of my dog, Sidney. I watch her as she runs around my room. I quickly scramble out of my bed and over to her and wrap my arms around her, with hope to calm her. No such luck. "Lilly! Please quiet her down!" My eyes widen and I quickly look at the door. "Yeah, one seco-" I get cut off when everything around me goes black. Sidney was calmed down by then but now I was the one scared. I grip onto her collar as a guest of wind comes from nowhere, but after a while it stops, just like that.

        I wince slightly as a light shone into my eyes. I slowly open my eyes with fear and I look around in shock. "Wh-where am I?" I mutter to myself. It was  like dream land!! Dogs, Cats and other pets could be seen as far as the eye sees!! I try to stand up but then I notice..... I'm smaller?! I try to lift my hands to my face but... all I see is paws?! With shock I stumbled back and fall on the ground hard letting out a small 'oof'. I guess I had zoned out because I couldn't hear the voices of the..animals?!

        I look around in search of Sidney. After finding her I quickly walk over. "... Where are we.....?" I ask out of confusion. "Do I......know you?" She stares down at me. My eyes widen in shock. "Lilly..." She stares at me blankly. "Your..owner?" She stares at me for a bit longer before bursting out laughing. "Ha! As if! My 'owner' is a human!" I wince at the way she stretches the word human. I sigh softy and begin to walk around, with hope to find a place to sleep for the night.
