It was Monday morning and my dad was trying to keep me at home for another week but I needed to get out I was sick of being treated like I was a small child.
"Mary please don't go" he pleaded
"No dad I need to go it's so boring and I need to apologise to Serena and Mickie" I frowned
I walked away from him and hurried to get to the bus stop and away from him, I didn't want to sound rude but my dad and I haven't really been close and it's weird when we talk.
"Mary don't go your still sick" he crocked
I just kept walking I didn't need to know want he wanted.
The bus beeped from outside
"Gotta go" I rushed
"Mary,Mary......." He yelled from the kitchen
I slammed the door, it was silent besides the sound of the bus running.
The bus doors shut
"Thanks Fredrick" i smiled
He nodded back with a friendly grin,He is probably my only friend at the moment.
I walked to the back of the empty bus and opened my duffle bag to find my favourite food in my lunchbox,it was WATERMELON.
The bus stopped and a girl and her brother got on the bus.
She looked a bit geeky.
I was dreading if she sat next to me and guess what she does
"Ugh" I groan under by breath
"Did you say something?" The girl stares at me
I quickly turn and look out the bus window.
The bus comes to a holt
"Here we are" Frederick yells
I realise that we arrived at school, I felt pleased but I was kind of dreading it.
I'm about to get off and Frederick stops me.
"Mary if you need anything I'm here" he smiles
Frederick grabs my hand and opens it, he hands my a five dollar note.
I run off the bus shoving the note in my pocket.
"Mary" a feminine voice yells from behind me
I turn to see a girl named Carly from my year level running after me.
"Wait up" she puffs
"Oh hi Carly" I quietly say
She hugs me with so much power
"Are you ok?,do you need anything?" She rushes
"Uh I need you to get off me" I pled
"Oh sorry" she apologises
"No I'm fine but thanks anyway" I smile
"Alright then bye" Carly says running off
I arrive at my locker to find a note in there it's was from Nicolas before he left.
I sigh and realise he was the last glimpse of hope I had left.
Forgetting what i was doing my books feel out of my locker, luckily it was only my maths textbook.
I pick up my timetable to see my first subject it art.
"Wow this is going to be fun" I sarcastically say to myself
Sorry for the short chapter I haven't updated in a while. Enjoy
