  Me and my mom are at the airport, we moving to Miami. My step-dad just left us and ran away with another woman. I just wanna know what is he thinking, he's not gonna find another woman like my mom, she's amazing. She's still sad but she was in a worse mood when it happened, like 4 months ago, she cried for weeks. Me too, not because I miss him, but because I hate when my mom is hurt. Stupid ass.
 
   So we got in the plane, and the I listened to music the whole flight, and ended up falling asleep. Suddently I felt someone shaking me.

Sophia (my mom): Honey we're here.

Me: Okay.

We got out of the plane, got our luggage and we got in a cab, going to out new apartment. When we got there, my mom paid the cab and we got into the building. We got into the elevator and, when it was just about to close, someone got in. It was this light skined boy, he was taller than me, and he had black curly hair. He was cute but I didn't really care. I could notice from the corner of my eye that he was looking at me but I didn't look back at him. Me and my mom got out on the 11th floor and got into our apartment, 11C. It wasn't thaat big, but it was clean and comfortable, it had an amazing view from the big windows and I loved the dark wood floor.

Sophia: Hey do you wanna unpack now?

Me: Yeah let's do it.

It took us around 2 hours to unpack, I loved the decoration of the house, I'm never leaving this place. I mean I am, to go to school. Speaking of that, I'm a little bit nervous, I don't know nobody, it's totally new for me, I came from New Jersey. When we finished unpacking, I took a quick shower, wore my pajama, had dinner with my mom and went to sleep, I was super tired of the flight.
 

next day

I woke up with my mom calling my name.

Me: Yes? - I said sleepy

Sophia: Look, I'm going to introduce myself in my new job and then I'm gonna buy some things for the house and food with a friend of mine that lives here, I'll be back in a couple of hours.

Me: Okay, have fun with your friend and good luck with the job.

Sophia: Thanks, and you can take a walk around here to get to know this.

Me: Yeah, maybe I'll do that.

Sophia: Okay bye.

Me: Bye.

I looked at the phone to see what time it was and it was 9:37 AM. I decided to go back to sleep because I didn't really want to take that walk, I don't know anyone and nothing around.

2 hours later

I woke up again, looked at my phone and decided that it was time for me to get up. I grabbed my phone, talked to my best friend, Kyree, and scrolled through my Instagram feed for a little bit. Then I went in the bathroom, took a shower, did my hygiene and went straight to the kitchen to have some breakfast. Then I just laid on the couch and decided to watch Empire, since I missed the last episode because I was moving.

While I was watching, the doorbell rang. I wondered who could it be, because my mom has the key. I got up real slowly and walked to the door. When I opened it, I saw this boy that was on the elevator yesterday.

???: Hey, hm this is the new neighbors apartment right?

Me: Yes

???: Well my mom just made this lasagna and she told me to bring it to y'all, just to say welcome.

Me: Aww that's sweet, thanks.

???: You're welcome.

Well, he brought us a lasagna, maybe I should invite him in, right?

Me: So... do you wanna come in? I'm watching Empire.

???: Nah I don't wanna bother you

Me: Oh.. But you wouldn't be, I'm bored.

???: Well okay

He got inside, I put the lasagna on the counter and we sat on the couch.

???: So what's your name?

Me: Alexa Garcia, you?

???: Malak Watson

Me: Oh that's a cute name

Malak: Thanks... So do you have plans for today?

Me: Not really, why?

Malak: Because I was wondering if you wanted me to show you around, since you're new here

I didn't really want to go out of the house because I was comfy asf in my cozy ass pajamas and my cozy ass couch, but he was being so nice, maybe I should say yes.

Me: Sure, why not

So when I was done watching it, I went into my room, and I didn't feel like dressing up a lot today, so I changed into high waisted jeans, my OVO white hoodie, my white air forces 1, left my medium-sized curly hair down, put a little bit of perfume and got out of my room.

Me: I'm ready

Malak: Okay let's go.

I grabbed my phone and my keys and we got out of my apartment.

Hey guys! I'm back at it again with another story

I hope you guys like this one, I'm gonna keep writing "You Ain't Shit", but when it ends, you guys still got this one to read, that's why I published it now.
