-The park-
"Hey Teto, who's that girl playing by herself over there?" Momo asked.
"I think her name is Defoko. Should we go ask if she wants to play?"
"You can, I'm playing house with Neru and Ritsu right now."
"Okay, see you later Momo."
Teto walked over to Defoko, who was playing in the sandbox.
Just as Teto was about to say something, a boy with short blond hair along with two other boys, one with short blue hair and another with fairly long purple hair tied up in a samurai-looking ponytail walked over to her.
"Gimme that!"
The boy with blond hair yanked the sand pale away from the girl and dumped the sand on her head.
"Haha!" Laughed the blue haired boy.
"Len!"
From out of nowhere a blond haired girl side kicked the boy in the face.
"Ow! What the heck Rin?!"
"Give her back her pale and say sorry!"
The boy dropped the pale and ran, the other two boys following. The girl went after him.
"U-um, are you okay? What's your name?" Teto asked.
"Defoko." The girl said softly.
Teto stuck out her hand offering to help her up but she just turned away.
"Can I play with you?"
"...Who are you...?"
"I'm Teto."
"Why do you want to play with me?" Defoko asked.
"Well I thought you were lonely so..."
Defoko stood up and brushed the sand off of herself then walked away.
"Hey wait!" Teto shouted.
She grabbed Defoko's wrist and pulled her backwards accidentally knocking both of them down.
"Sorry..." Teto apologized.
"...You said you wanted to play, right?"
Teto's face lit up with glee as she had made a new friend.
