I Am Blaze

After the Earth has been devastated with famines, there was just five big islands left. The people who inhabitated those lands built new civilizations. They are called Lyrot, Medi, Ferin, Ylja and Terkin. These five states never did unite since civilization had been reestablished. There was never a war, but they never helped one another.

The country of Lyrot is the richest country. The economy is doing good and no single family is suffering from starvation. Everyone has a job and every child is at school. Just the perfect life there is. Like the realm, the people are flawless too. No one has an average physical appearance and no one's not knowledgeable about something.

Once the mother conceives a child, a medicine is being injected to her. This medicine contains chemicals which goes right into the blood stream of the fetus to correct and change its genes, that the parents choose on how the child will look like. May it be blonde or brunette, green or blue eyes, fair or tanned complexion. You name it all and surely, your child will look like just what you describe how you want it to be.

With all of those perfection, those impeccable status and physical feature, one seventeen-year old girl wishes for a different life. She wants a different family, different country and people, different look. She knows that everyone is beautiful. Even herself is too faultless, but it's too ordinary for her. She wants adventure, something that she doesn't know, something unexpected. 

But what if, she has one unique attribute that could be both a gift and a curse? Will she accept the fact that she was born with those talent? Will she withstand the scrutizing eyes of the Lyrotians? Or will she seek help to be just any ordinary-yet-still-perfect teenage Lyrotian girl?

Her name is Blaze Johnson. Follow her from her unmarred life. Be with her as she discovers her true self.
