"Ahahaha~! I'll be there soon, promise"

The device shattered. Glass falling onto the snowy ground. The figure, silhouette stood out on an alley way with a crazed smile, red eyes brightening in the dark, waiting for something to prey on. Predator patiently waiting for the prey to make its mark.

"Such interesting humans"

"Kaname-Dear-Sama" She knocked on the door once,
Twice,
Again,
Thrice.

She heard a hum in response. She shook her head disapprovingly and opened the door slowly.

"You needed me? To answer your question, there was a friend in need. I assure you he's no trouble, at least, I hope so." I felt him stare at me. His gaze locking on my every move.

'Patient he is...'

"Krimsin. I am not patient in this trouble your stirring" He tapped his desk. "It's rude to peek in on people's personal thoughts about people" I replied smirking. I sat on a chair in front of his desk scanning the table, A chess piece, on the board all alone. "Why's the King alone? Ah, I see." I nodded and looked up at him to see him staring at me.

"It's rude to stare" He had a playful smirk.

"I must say the same to you, it's rude to stare at ladies, like me for an example" I said back, holding my daring smirk.

I rested my elbow on the table with my arm up to hold up my chin to gaze out the window.

"How's Yuki?" I asked softly.

"She's doing fine as I said, now, who is this 'Friend' ?" Kaname questioned.

"He's...."

'How do I say this?'

"A very close friend keeping me company these past few...years"

He sighed and stared at the board. Or the King chess piece.

"Where have You been? I've been alone. You've disappeared. No connections whatsoever Krimson. What has happened? I really expect an answer."

I processed what he's said.

"I-...." I lowered my gaze and lightly touched my tie.

"Rido, he's been.... targeting me. Hows Haruka? Juri?" I asked. I don't mean to change the subject but I care for their health as more than my own.

"They've been doing the same as always. Rido has been taken care of. Have you been...Do you have anything to do with this?"

"If I have?"

"Krimsin, I care for you very much. I really need you to stay here for me. And, Yuki" His eyes softened as he came closer to me, leaning on the desk.

Much to my pleasure, I moved the chair away from him making space more bearable.

"Kaname, please don't make me do this, I, Being the oldest. Have many things to do, as for the senate. So I don't mean to make it hard. I try my best and protect everyone at all costs"

I could feel his serious gaze. Mixed with worry.

It was silent. Very, Silent. I turned the chair to the side to avoid any eye contact as possible.

"You I know I love you, and this is what it's worth. I will be careful. I will take my health as it should be cared for" I hesitated to say through the uncomfortable conversation.

"Lord Kaname"  a faint voice in front of the door could be heard. The voice was recognizable as I fixed my posture.

"Ruka. Please come in"

'Dammit'

"Lord Kaname? Am I disturbing something?" I could hear the envy, no matter how she hides it. It's there.

"No, please come in" Kaname sat on his chair as I quickly rotated the chair in a quick movement to face his desk and sat.

I heard the door open in a grand way.

She stepped in to stop at the door way quite shocked to see me. I could feel her eyes on me. I did pity her, she was a really nice person, I can tell. But her envy took toll over her emotions. She's a nice girl, tainted by her emotions. And I respect and care for her as much as everyone's Level.

"Hello Ruka." Kaname greeted.

"Hello Lord Kaname, and, Krimsin-HimeSama" She bowed and scanned the two of us.

"Nice to see you Ruka" I greeted with a smile.

"Yes...Lord Kaname" She started.

"I have important matters to discuss, along with Krimsin-HimeSama, as you too, are involved in this" She gestured to me.

"It's about Rido."

And with that, worry and flurrying fury raised up in the Crimson eyed girl.
