You walk into the studio one morning covered in snow and freezing your everything off. You shudder as you close the door and walk into your office. You were the manager for the greatest band in the world and cousin of the one and only John Lennon.
You take off your coat, hat and gloves and walk down to the the canteen where you know you would probably find the boys.
Sure enough there they were, laughing uncontrolably at god knows what.
You walk in and and say "Goodmorning!"
Paul's the first to notice.
"Oh morning, Val!" He says in between laughs and blushes a bit.
"You guys mind telling me what's so funny?" You pour yourself a cup of tea and get the milk out of the fridge.
"Tell 'er your joke, John" laughs George.
"Oh gosh, this can't be good." you say smiling. You don't know why, but you glance over in Paul's direction. Only to find him already smiling at you. You blush slightly and bring your attention back to John.
John calms himself down as best he can and begins, "So a popular guy walks up to a nice girl and he says 'Hey, my dick should have a warning label on it for a choking hazard!' And the girl says 'oh yeah.. Isn't that the label they put on small objects?"
You burst into a laughing fit, causing all of them to again.
You laugh so hard that there are tears running down your eyes. "..... Small.. Objects...!!!" You repeat, all of you still laughing.
You didn't notice anyone come in but hear someone clear their throat loudly. You all suddenly stop and look to the doorway. Standing there was George Martin, the boys' producer.
"Hi, sorry to ruin your fun; but the studio's all ready for you, boys."
Paul clears his throat and stands up, the rest of them following his lead. They all walk out and wave, still giggling.
John says "hey if we gotta work, you do too!"
"Yeah, yeah I'm going." You smile. They head to the studio while you head to your office. You get to sit and make phone calls and orgonize things while they get to play music, not very fair. But you don't care. You love to just be able to work with your four best friends...
