Sootstar shook his fur as he walked through the lush green forest. He sensed prey in almost every shrub, not bothering to look. He was looking for someone. Oh come on! Where are you!? He walked further, into a clearing. There, sitting on a rock, was the beautiful she-cat he was looking for. Her tortoiseshell and white pelt shone in the moonlight. She turned her head and majestically jumped of the rock. "Hello, Sootstar." She mewed gingerly.
"Hello, Dappledmoon." Sootstar replied. The she-cat came closer and put her nose against his. "There's danger coming to the forest, and one cat will put that danger to an end." Then, she disappeared.
