Chapter Three

"What do you mean he claimed you his?" Josh asked as he pulled my phone out of my hands into his own.

"Well what does it sound like to you, Josh!" I asked sarcastically.

"Why didn't you tell me this" he questioned. Before I could answer my phone began to ring, the screen said Zayn.

"I'll answer it and ask him how he knows where I live"

"Ok" Josh replied.

I answered the call but before I had time to greet Zayn he stated talking.

"Who's that in your house?"

"Zayn, what the hell? How do you know" I replied.

"Know what?"

"Um maybe how do you know where I live" I harshly spoke.

"I know people"

"How do you know my surname?"

"Gabrielle just answer the question" he shouted.

"H-he's my best friend Zayn" I whispered, at this moment I was scared.

"Oh right, sorry. Please let me take you out for dinner tomorrow night at seven ish" Zayn whispered back obviously embarrassed.

"Yes ok, bye Zayn" I hung up.

"What did he say" Josh asked.

"He sounded embarrassed"

"Why what did he ask?" Josh looked confused.

"He asked who you were"

"Oh my god Gabby, this guy thinks he owns you. You don't go near this freak again ok, promise me" Josh walked towards me and put both hands on each of my shoulders.

"Well the thing is Josh, I'm going out for dinner with him tomorrow night" I looked away knowing Josh would be mad.

"Gabby! This guy is a freak and you should not be going anywhere with him alone. Don't you think it's a bit creepy that he knows where you live?"

"Of course i do. But i think i owe it to myself to find out how he found out and why he's interested in me?"

"Jane" he whispers. "Don't start all that self conscious stuff with me. It's obvious why he's interested in you, but..."

"Just stop it please" i plea.

"Ok, but I'm still staying, we'll discuss this in the morning. Goodnight" he kisses my forehead and makes his way to the guest room"
