Chapter 7: hint hint, nudge nudge, wink wink ;)
Brookie's POV
The car ride back to the flat was awkward. Not a good awkward, an AWKWARD awkward. Our car was Danielle and Eleanor in the front, Niall, me, and Harry in the middle and then Lottie, Selly, Perrie and Gemma. But I definetely wanted to be in this van not the other one. Louis, Liam and Zayn all seemed pretty protective over Niall and Luke had just punched him. Yeah, that wouldn't be fun. Apperently the rest of 5SOS wanted to be in the van with Luke to try and defend him a bit. Well thats what i guessed they never really said that.. Mark and Damien are in the other van as well. Well, let me just same something about Damien. He may seem like a sweetie but mess with his brothers, sisters, best friends and you're screwed. He will go rage on you. With Mark its as soon as you do something that upsets him or the people around him and you're basically asking to be screamed at. I don't know the girls very well but i guess that they were pretty pissed at Luke as well. I just wanted to get home so that i could find out what it was that happened that made him punch Luke. Ugh why do people need to be so violent.
After sitting through the most silent car journey I've ever been on we finally arrived to the flats. The lift ride was just as silent. We got through the door and I was just waiting for someone to say something to break the silence.
"Ok, Selly, you go get some ice and if we don't have any get some frozen raspberries or something. Harry, you take Niall over to the sofa, Brookie you get everyone drinks." Lottie started barking out orders at everyone, thats one of the many things she does when she's stressed. Which is very often.
"Calm down Lottie, I'm fine babe." Niall said chuckling about her worriedness (A/N im not sure if this is a word or not but im using it anyways!!). She just blushed after hearing him call her babe. Some sexual tension going on here, hint hint, nudge nudge, wink wink ;).
"Charlie, you're cheating on me? I thought we had something special!" I heard the familiar american accent of another one of my best friends Lily Sullivan. Lily was my neighbour in Brighton and also went to the same school as me. She met the rest of the band and we all used to hang out together. But she didn't want to join our band because she had a dream of becoming a detective and wasn't very musical. Luckily enough, she went to University Of London (a/n I know this is a real university but idk where in london it is so just pretend, thanks :D ) which was super close to our flats so she comes round at weekends quite often.
"Woah, why is it so awkward in here and who are they?" She whispered to me, gesturing to Danielle, Eleanor, Perrie, Niall and Harry. I explained the whole story to her and during that time everyone was just chilling out, mainly on their phones or just talking quietly between them. Lily was really upset that we were going on tour but she was really happy for us. Now we were all just waiting for everyone to come back so we could sort out what happened. Suddenly, everyone burst through the door. Well time to find out what happened.
Mark's POV (hehe i thought he should have one :3 )
I was so pissed off at Luke. I mean i still don't know what happened but Lottie seemed really upset and stressed out over it and Lottie being stressed is never a good thing. The whole ride consisted of all of One Direction, excluding Harry and Niall, shouting at Luke and me and Damien, also shouting at Luke. I know that he definetly felt upset and regretted what he did. I was definetely getting a migraine from all of this shouting. Micheal and Calum were sitting in the front and seemed pretty disgusted at what Luke had done, so they didn't shout at him or defend him, but Ashton definetly made his point clear. Every time me, Damien, Liam, Zayn or Louis shouted at Luke, he just hung his head while Ashton shouted back at us. God I need some sleep.
Brookie's POV (most of the story will be in her POV just because she is the main character but if it is in someone else's pov it won't be a long POV)
Ashton seemed to be extremely pissed at something and so did everyone else, apart from the rest of 5sos. Luke looked really upset and embrassed whereas Michael and Calum just looked disappointed in their band mate.
"Ok, we need to sort this shit out. Excuse my cussing. Alright, 5SOS you sit on this sofa," I said pointing to a sofa on one side of the room, "One Direction, you sit in this sofa," I pointed to one on the other side of the room, "and Reckless Youth/One Direction's girlfriends/fiancees you can just come sit on this sofa or on the floor." I had to be extremely strict and serious if we were gonna sort this out. Which we were.
"Brookie, I'm gonna help you sort this out since being a detective in training/lawyer/general law person thingy I know how to sort this stuff out. I'm Lily by the way, Brookie's old neighbour and these guys' best friend." I'm gonna save you all the boring details of our 'trial' but basically we discovered that Luke punched Niall because they had been arguing about who Lottie should date and who would ask her out first and Niall had been saying that Lottie would pick him. Well now that Lottie knew they had been fighting over her, literally, tour would be a lot more awkward.
