When I got to school, I checked in the office. The assistant priceable said "Mr. Cody, you're late. I know, I got pulled over by the police." She looked at me like I killed someone. She wrote me a pass for being late for class. I was surprised it was that easy. Today was a long day of school with testing. I was happy to go home, just to go to work.
