Alyssa pov:

After Rebecca took our orders she left and Isaac started to question me.

"So tell me about yourself?" I looked at him trying to read him.

"Why do you wanna know me? I like being to myself."

He smiled, "So the mystery girl?" I knitted my eyebrows.

"No, the mind her own business girl. Obvious I'm not like other girls. I got to much on my plate to be in everyone's business plus.... Word come to me anyway. "

He nodded his head as he understood. "OK well tell me what you want me to know. And nothing is not an answer."

I chuckled "Ok, what you need to know will come soon. But to let you know one thing I'm highly allergic to italian food."

He nodded and chuckle nervously. "That explains why you reacted the way you did when we pulled up at the other restaurant."

I did a side smirk. "What about you Isaac Jackson? What is it about you that I don't know?"

I already knew almost everything about him. I do research on all my workers even tho my dad did that on his workers. But anyone can change and I don't need a trader tight now.

~2 hours later ~

After we ate and Isaac told me everything I already knew about him we were on our way back to my house.

As we were riding in silence my work phone started to ring. I look at it and seen it was King.

"Yo?" I could hear shuffling then Hus voice came onto the phone.

"B we got a problem. The studio got flooded bad. What happen you was suppose to stay here for the plumber."

Isaac was speaking in code telling me one of our traps got robbed.

"Damn I forgot, I'm on my way!" I hit my forehead.

"Yo I don't know what's gotten into you but get it together."

Before I could say anything to him he hung up on me. I sigh and tell isaac what happen and where to go. 15 minutes later we pulled up to the trap and walked in.

We walked through the trap looking at the house a mess. I walked upstairs with isaac following me to where King was. Eight when King saw me and Isaac walk into his office together I could tell he was mad.

"This the reason why you wasn't here? Come on B you know better." Be walked close to us.

"I know King and I'm sorry OK. With everything going on it felt nice to get out." He looked at me like I was crazy.

"Baby girl get yo shit together you have an empire to run. Let alone it was your dads. Don't let him down B over some nigga you just met."

He was telling the truth and I need to get myself together for my dad and my grandma.

Hr turned to isaac, "You can go I'll call yo tomorrow for work Kid." He nodded looking at me and leaving.

After Iaaac left I went to my office to see if my safe has been touched. And of course it hadn't. This is why all my safes are in places no one will think to look like my floor.

After making sure everything was there I closed my safe put the floor back before King could come in. Even though he like family I still don't want him to know.

I cleaned up my office then left out and locked it. I walked past Kings office. "I'm going to the security office to watch the videos." He nodded and followed me.

-----------------------------------------------------After watching the video we cleaned up and locked up making sure everything was good.

King dropped me off after giving me another lecture on the way.

I got our his car and went into my house making sure to lock my door before I went to my room.

I got undress and jumped in the shower letting the day run thru my mind.

I get out dry off and pulled on one of my dad's old shirt and got into bed. I don't know what got into me today I need to get back on my grind.

With that being the last thing running through my head I let sleep come over me.

Isaac pov:

I know what happen it crushing Alssya but I hope she OK.

After leaving the trap I went home and got ready for bed since I has school torrow. Hopefully I get to see her tomorrow.

Ad I close my eyes King sends me a text.

Text mode:

King- Leave her alone she has to much on her plate.

I read his message and just locked my phone and plugged it up to the charger.

I can't get on his bad side this nigga don't pay.

I sighed and laid down letting sleep and today's events take over me.

I know I haven't updated this book in forever.

But stick with me I'll try to keep up with the book.
