I felt the cold wind against my fur, as I ran through the snow hoping to nobody would hear or see me wandering through these parts of the woods at this time of night. "AMY STOP RUNNING YOU HAVE NO WHERE TO GO ANYMORE" I heard that exact sentence running through my head and I couldn't stop thinking about it no matter how hard I tried I just couldn't forget Alpha forests words because they stung so badly every time I remembered them.
"Amy are you alright?" I heard Chief one of my bffs ask me.
"No not really "I replied in complete honesty
"You know I do care about you and if you want to talk about it I'm always here" Chief told me and smiled
"Thanks" I told him "I love you and I always have" I said under my breath so Chief didn't hear me
" I love you too" he said,dang werewolf hearing. this completely shocked me, did he really mean what he said or was he just joking around?
"Did really you mean that?" I asked biting my lip
"Every word" he replied and then ran as fast as he could all the way back to his house. I couldn't help but smiling at the fact that I knew that someone in my life truly loves me for who I am and not what I am.
I turn to run back to my house I ran for about 5 min before I got to my front door "Mom I'm back!" I yelled just loud enough so she could hear me
"Ok I'm cooking some hamburgers I got at the supermarket, does that sound good to you?" she asked me politely
"Thanks mom but I'm just not hungry right now "I replied in a hush tone
"Now I know something is wrong you are always hungry. What happened?" she asked knowing that I wasn't going to answer her question
"Nothing I'm just not hungry right now. ok? just leave it alone." I said as a rhetorical question. About an hour later I had shifted back into my wolf form so that I could go for a run. I came across my clearing. I had a little wolf grin on when I remembered my big bro man I loved him I remembered the day he died with my dad there was a forest fire and my dad got my mom out and went n to get me and Finn he got me but it was too late before he got to fin.my grin faded and one stray tear escaped.
I decided it was a good idea to sleep in the tree house so I shifted and texted my mom telling her I was sleeping there she said it was ok so I put pjs on and I was starting to fall asleep " So you're just going to ignore me now?" Chief asked startling me,
"How did you get into my room without me noticing" I asked him madly
"Oh chill winter I just wanted to talk." He said
"ok. but one more time. How did you get in my room?" I asked while sitting on my bed
"the window." he said
"oh you ..." I growled he put his hands up in surrender.
"Please forgive me" he begged
"is the big bad wolf begging? "asked with amusement clear In my eyes
"yes now please forgive me?" he begged
"Fine but don't do it again. "I said defeated
Five inutes passed In a confortable silence. Ididnt want to break it so I wated till he said sompyhing
"I've got a surprise for you." Yes
"I LOVE SUPRISES!" he chuckled and murmured
"I know" I gave him a small kiss and he jumped out the window jumped to and we shifted oh did I not tell you we are wolves.
When we shifted back. He blindfolded me and we walked for what seemed like forever then we stopped and he uncovered my eyes I gasps turned around and behind me was a little cottage
"well cause in two months you are turning seventeen and finding your mate I built this little cottage for you and him."
