13 Year old Tessa wanted to go to camp with her sister Kate, but what she didn't know or realize was that camp wasn't where they were going. When Kate and Tessa get ready to leave for West Port Camp,
Tessa asks, "Why do you need a tent?"
"Because West Port doesn't have cabins..." She replied with a smart remark,
"Yes they do...?" Tessa said confused,
"How would you know!!!" Kate hollered
"Kate I've been there on a field trip..." Tessa explained,
"Oh shit, I will explain later" Kate cursed,
"Okay...." Tessa said.
Yep, i'm busted Kate said inside of her head... When they got out to the car Kate's friend Maggie was waiting for us...
"What took so long???" Maggie questioned,
"Well Mag's Tessa here decided to ask one to many questions...." Kate said,
"What did she find out????" Maggie whispered,
"Not exactly but.... Close enough..." Kate said quietly,
"Well let's go!!!" Maggie hollered.
It took hours to get to where we were going and believe me when we got there...... QUESTIONS QUESTIONS QUESTIONS!!!!! Tessa would not shut up.... I was about to ring her neck when Maggie started to put up our tents... Tessa and I helped Maggie get camp ready... It was getting dark soon so we started the fire and roasted some hot dogs for dinner. They weren't that bad but then again they weren't the best either.... It was about 8:30 when we decided to go to bed...
10:07 pm
*Crackle Crackle*
Maggie woke me up out of dead sleep she was dripping sweat...
"Kate do you hear that???" Maggie asked sounding horrified,
"Hear what Mag?" I questioned,
*Crackle, Crunch, Crackle, Crunch*
"THAT!!!!" Maggie Screamed,
"Maggie keep it down we don't want to wake up Tessa..." I say irritably,
"Sorry Kate, but that noise, it's scaring me!!!!
"Maggie your fine..." Kate says sympathetically,
"Do you even her the noise???" Maggie asked,
"Yes Mags I do..." Kate whispers,
"What if it is the witch, what if it's the whole reason we came here!!!!" Maggie cried,
"I will go check..." Kate sighed,
"Kate...." Maggie said,
"Yes????" Kate asked,
"Thank you..." Maggie replied,
"Anytime." Kate said happily,
So as Kate exited the tent a dark shadow like figure turned and looked Kate straight in the eyes.... Kate froze....
"Kate what is it!!!!" Maggie Cried
"......." Kate didn't respond,
The figure was just standing there, well not exactly standing there more like floating there.... *there's no such thing as ghost, there's no such thing as ghost....* Kate repeats in her head.
"KATE!!!!" Maggie screams,
*Groaning*
"Why are you screaming Maggie?" Tessa questions,
"Tessa don't move there's something out there...." Maggie whispers to her,
"Where's Kate???!!!!" Tessa begins to cry,
"She's out there..." Maggie begins to cry to,
"GO GET HER MAGGIE!!!!" Tessa screams,
"Okay...." Maggie says.
Maggie exits the tent.....
