Blood and wires

Returning

Chell was running through the woods struggling to breath as she was being chased by Black Mesa guards. She had found them after walking miles away from aperture, they were exploring the ruins of a small town when she found them. She thought that they would be nice but when she approached they tried shooting at her landing a hit on her arm. So here she was avoiding their fire as she held onto her arm which was still pouring blood. She thought she could have lost them in the woods but all of that Hope was fading as they were staying pretty close. She jumped over a large group landing in a small stream she kept running, jumping over rocks and roots and moving out of the way of trees. She finally saw the end of the woods coming into view a large field golden wheat and in the distance a small brown shack she knew all too well. She tried running as quickly as she could try to put some distance between her and the men chasing her. She finally made it to the shack and began a pound on the door tears in her eyes that she saw the men coming she didn't want to die not like this. Too much surprise the door open she wasted no time and going in and slamming the door shut. She entered the elevator and slid to the floor her legs too tired to hold her anymore the doors to the elevator closed and slowly slid down back into the labs of the picture. She held her arm which was still dripping blood as you want wondered where this elevator will take her. It might be taking her to a trap since she didn't listen to her and came back eventually the elevator stopped in a large dark room. Chell looked up and blinked she tried her best to get out of the elevator only to be greeted by the yellow gaze of the robot that once held her prisoner here. She crawled out and tried reaching for her only to feel something large pick her up. Chell kept her eyes on the yellow light. the room started glowing and chell could see the place was ruined her eyes widen as she looked up to see a plant pulling her up with intent to eat her she struggled and began to tear up. She struggled more the closer she got to it then suddenly it let go chell fell to the ground and ran to the large chassis. She tried to get glados to say something but it wasn't working she looked around and frowned she was scared what happened after she left..she looked at gladoses body and noticed that there where some wires out of place she started fumbling around trying to connect them when she heard something crawling across the floor she hurried and suddenly the place seemed to come alive when she heard glados yell out " you can't shut me off!!" She looked around the room and suddenly placed turrets everywhere she looked down at chell and her optic widened. Chell hugged the large computer with the arm that wasn't bleeding before she passed out from blood loss. Glados sighed and made a table with the floor tiles and began to work on her with small robotic arms.
