After arriving home Ciel immeadiently went to his study, as Sebastian did the kitchen. A few minutes later I headed twords his study remembering my question from earlier. I knocked twice on the beautifully carved wooden door.
"Ciel, may I come in?" I waited patiently for a response.
"I suppose." He sighed.
I walked in closing the door behind me.
"What is it?" His eye met mine.
"Well, I don't mean to pry but what was in that velvet box you purchased at the shop this morning?" I stared at him sweetly in hopes he'd answer.
Knock, knock. "Young Master, I've prepared lunch for you and Lady (y/n)."
"Very well, come in." He answered.
"Today's lunch will consist of Chamomile Tea with raspberry sponge cake." Sebastian smiled.
"That sounds fabulous Sebastian!" I squealed.
"Just leave the cart in here." He huffed.
"Very well, my Lord." Sebastian bowed then left the room.
"So, back to our conversation." I turned on my heel to face Ciel.
"Yes, the box; as mentioned earlier a gift." He shoved another spoonful of cake into his mouth.
"Oh, of course, I almost forgot our reasoning for travel." I laughed.
"Yes; so I've been meaning to talk to you about last night." He adverted his gaze to the floor.
"What about last night?" I folded my hands behind my back obviously interested in the current topic, I had been crushing on the Phantomhive boy for about a year now, and hoped he felt the same way.
"Well, I was thinking we should..."
"CIEL!" An annoying high pitched voice echoed through the mansion.
