Selena's Secrets

The Robbery In Santiago

Selena and her family set a vacation date on the 28th of September and flew out of the 29th. Duty calls and I had to fly out as well but with my uncle. Selena was only 11 years old and once her family arrived in Santiago they head for Metropolitan Park which I thought of as a snowy resort. 

"Mama, Papa! Look!" Selena was having so much fun just being her innocent little self roaming around the village. If you're reading this and wondering why i'm just following Selena everywhere it's because she is the chosen one. When I was four my aunt was a gypsy and gave me a special drink. When I finished it, Selena's face was at the bottom of my drink.One day I stayed at the four seasons hotel and when I looked out the window and saw her building a snowman I knew the drink told the truth and she was the one I had to make sure she was alright for the rest of my life.

Selena was at the resort's gift shop with her parents when another family walked in. The family had a little boy that was holding a dog that caught Selena's eye. 

"Papa, can I get a doggy?" Her father and mother looked at each other and smiled. "Sure sweetie, you can get any dog you want when we get back home" Selena smiled but shook her head. "I want that doggy" And she pointed to the dog that the boy was holding. Selena was spoilt as her parents were very rich so they tried to buy the dog off the other family.

"Could we please buy your dog, honey?" The young boy and his family was all a setup apart of the robbery that was going to happen and their scheme was to sell the dog. "Yes, for $3000 only because this dog is a purebred and it is very special to our family" Selena gave her parents a toothy grin and they nodded in symphony "done" 

"Sweetie lets go up to our cabin and you can put the doggy away" Selena held her dog close to her chest and they went back up to their cabin. 

When Selena's parents went to the sauna, Selena stepped out of her cabin and went back to the gift shop, she had seen a keyring that she wanted to buy. She was searching through the animal key rings and picked up the little polar bear one. She took out 10 dollars to pay the desk and after she bought the key ring she walked out of the store and back up to her cabin.

Selena was walking and as she was walking back she saw the man from the family she had bought her dog from, stealing the famous Santiago diamond. She was young and didn't know what to do but she stood there watching the man until he took the diamond and went back to his cabin but when he looked back he saw her. That was the first secret that Selena ever discovered.

Two days later the reward for information about the famous Santiago diamond went from $100,000 to $500,000 but no one had seen anything except for her. When the man came looking for her, Selena's parents suspected she had seen something and took her far away from Spain. They flew to Paris the next day.
