I sat in the shadows staring at golden green hands. If I could cry, I would. The ghost children were playing with that damn Marionette, the one who made me what I am today. I would always stare at him in anger, and he would always glimpse at me from time to time. He still has control of me, I can feel it with the little soul I have left. All heads turned down the hall where there was sudden movement. It sounded like someone was shifting around nervously while speaking. With curiosity, I got up and began to walk towards the noise. The ghost children vanished when I came near, and the puppet just stared as I walked by. I tried to walk quietly but in this new form everything I did made noise. I tried to speak loudly while I walked, but all that came out was a low moan.
Me: Help me, help me!
I walked down all the dark, gloomy halls until I reached a room with light. Hiding around the wall that connected with a huge window, I looked inside the room. There was a man, he was old looking and orange hair with glasses and brown eyes. He was on the phone with someone.
Fritz: Listen babe, I have to do this job! ........ Yes but I don't know, I-I just feel like I need to be here...... I don't know what for, I just know that something is pulling me back to this place....... I know this is dangerous, just....... Okay I know, I have to go. Kiss the kids on the head for me and say good night...... Okay love you too, bye.
He hung up and sat down with a sad sigh, picking up the cameras and checking around while listening to some guys voice.
Me: Help me, help me, help me, help me!
The man slowly put down the camera and looked at me from the window, his eyes wide. Red lights started to go off in the room, and there was a phantom passing me. I never seen that around here before. The man watched in fear as the phantom that looked like Freddy jump scared him. He was breathing hard and looked like he was about to faint. He picked up something and looked like he was rebooting something, I don't know. I walked to the door way as mist filled the room and the red lights went away and watched him just to make sure he was okay, this guy can be my ticket for getting out of here. As soon as everything calmed down, the guy saw me and screamed loudly.
Me: What?
He frantically pressed a button and the sound of a boys voice echoed down the hall. It sounded familiar so I walked towards it and looked around.
Hi!
Me: Hello?
Ah ha ha!
I went further back down where I came from following the familiar voice, I searched and searched but I couldn't find what was making that noise.
Me: Who's there?!
Hello!
I gave up trying to find the voice so I stood there and planned on a way of getting that man's attention. I can't screw this up, I have to get out of here. Looking around for a place to get to the man faster, I saw a vent. I opened it and climbed in, I was half way there when the damn thing magically sealed up. I was so dumb founded I just stood in there for a few moments before I climbed back out.
Me: .......... What the fuck?
I climbed back out and made my way to the guy's office when I heard the chimes of bells. I looked at a near by clock, it was 6 AM. Why did this routine feel so familiar? By the time I got to the office I froze, I felt like I couldn't go in. The man who just finished his first night shift wiped sweat from his forehead and sat there for a few moments before his old friend walked in happy to see he made it. The man smiled and softly laughed as his friend leaned back against the wall. The friend had soft brown hair and blue eyes, a friendly smile, and muscular arms. He looked about two years younger than the man.
Jeremy: Hey Fritz, you alright?
Fritz: Y-yeah, I'm surviving.
Jeremy: Yeah.....
Jeremy looked around the burnt and tarnished place, it looked like it'd been in a fire, but there has been nothing on the news since that day the place shut down. A snicker came from Jeremy's mouth as Fritz looked at him and smirked.
Fritz: What?
Jeremy: Remember that day? "First day on the job dude, seriously?"
Fritz: Ha, yeah!
They both laughed as Fritz got up from the chair and made their way slowly down the hall way to the exit.
Fritz: Hey, when you used to work at that old pizza place, how did you know about those death machines?
Jeremy: An old employee told me, a experienced one.
Fritz: Oh?
Jeremy: Yeah, he always had a purple suit on with a pony tail. He was a very nice man.
Fritz: Who was he?
Jeremy: Vincent Bishop.
Jeremy and Fritz grew quiet as their gaze was set on a golden green animatronic bunny. The way it looked was terrifying, Jeremy gulped nervously. After that night he almost got killed, he had to go through a lot of therapy and medication to stop being jumpy every five minutes. It was horrible. The two friends stood close to each other and continued to walk out talking about their experiences at Freddys.
Jeremy: So what are you gonna call that?
Fritz: It's quite obvious, Spring trap.
Jeremy: Why that name?
Fritz: Do you wanna work here and find out?
Jeremy: NO!
Fritz: Hey relax, I'm just pulling your leg.
Jeremy: Uh ha ha y-yeah..... I know......
They walked out of the building talking about the good old days when they were much younger and didn't have wives. What they didn't know is that Spring trap was listening and watching them the whole time, and he just gained back a small piece of his memory.
Me: J-Jeremy?~
