“What do you mean it was a glitch?!” I shouted weakly.
Chara giggled and hummed quietly as she walked towards me. I was bound to the ground due to Flowey’s vines, so I couldn’t get away from them.
As Chara stepped up to me, a red knife appeared in her hand while she said, “Another human soul and we will be able to become GOD!!” She laughed as my soul turned purple.
Just as they were about to slit my throat, a fireball appeared near Flowey and took him out. Steps were coming my way as Chara vanished into the darkness.

When the figure walked into the light, it spoke up, “Oh no. A child, so terribly young.” Actually, I’m fourteen! “And to doubt that those would spare a child. Let me help you.”
She walked over to me, pulling out a small knife. I flinched. I guess she must have seen that because she told me, “ Do not worry, my child. I do not intend to harm you. I only want to free you.” She cut the Flowey’s vines, and I was able to move again.
“Thank you so much Miss!” I told her as my soul flashed green. She smiled.
“Please, call me Toriel.”
She suddenly stopped smiling and looked around. I looked as well, but didn’t see anything.
She held her hand out to me,
“Come, my child. It is not safe to speak here. I will explain everything once we get home.”
