Chapter Four: Slaps and Worrying

Previously....

Ugh, how dare he? So for the second time in the day, I slapped a popular. The sound of my hand colliding with his face echoes through the hallway. By now everyone is watching me, wondering who I am. Well, why not give what the crowd wants, a performance.

"LET'S GET THIS FREAKING CLEAR OK? MY NAME IS RACHEL BARBRA BERRY AND I USED TO BE APART OF THE GLEE CLUB. DON'T LET THEM FOOL YOU, THEY'LL TREAT YOU LIKE DIRT... BEING PART OF SOMETHING, MAKES YOU SPECIAL? THEY'RE JUST LYING. I AM NOW THE HEAD CHEERLEADER, WHICH IS WHY EVERYONE WANTS TO TALK TO ME NOW. JUST BECAUSE I AM A CHEERIO NOW DOESN'T MEAN THAT YOU CAN TELL ME TO JOIN THE GLEE CLUB AGAIN, YOU GUYS DISGUST ME. POPULARITY IS NOT THE MOST IMPORTANT THING FOR ME BUT IF IT TEACHES YOU JERKS THAN I'D RATHER BECOME POPULAR, LOOSE MY VOICE, AND NEVER MEET BARBRA STRIESSAND THEN GO BACK TO THE GLEE CLUB. AS FOR 'I BROUGHT THE DRAMA?' I WASN'T THE ONE WHO HAD SOMEONE TURN ON YOU EVERYWHERE YOU GO? I DIDN'T THINK SO, YOU CAN SHUT UP, YOU THINK YOU KNOW WHO I AM? YOU HAVE NO FREAKING IDEA. SO TO ALL THOSE WHO MADE MY LIFE LIVING HECK, YOU BETTER WATCH OUT BECAUSE KARMA AND I ARE COMING FOR YOU. " I say walking straight to my car, leaving everyone gaping at me.

Well, they'll definitely know who I am now; either because of becoming the head cheerleader, slapping Quinn, slapping Finn and basically telling them all off. I roll my eyes and walk straight to my empty house, "No one knows, no one knows what happened last week." I mutter to myself before I go to sleep full of nightmares.

{Finn's POV}

I stand there shocked, there's no way that's Rachel. The Rachel I knew was bossy, wore grandma clothing and wanted all the solos during glee club but on top of all that she was determined, she wasn't going to let anything or anyone get in her way to achieving her Broadway dream in New York.

That's why I broke up with her, well I mean I guess I kind of cheated on her but Quinn was kind of all over me and in my head, all I could think of is how I would only be holding her back from her dream.

This new Rachel was really pretty that's for sure but she has an attitude. I walk to Glee still thinking of what Rachel said. "Hey, Finn," Quinn says as she kisses me on the cheek. "Uh-huh," I say still dazed.

"Alright let's get started, so.... Umm Finn are you alright?" Mr. Shue asks me. Before I could even shake my head, Mike interrupts. "Dude, what happened to your face?" I touch my face and feel a sting.

Wow, I didn't think she slapped me so hard that it looks bruised. "Ummm did anyone see the new Rachel?" I ask nervously.

Everyone shakes their head no but Puck and Quinn. "Yeah, I met that little Slu— shie? I mean that pathetic use of space, she stole my head cheerleader spot," Quinn says angrily.

I turn to Puck, "You saw her too? When did you guys talk?" I say nervously, I mean they did have a relationship before. Can you blame a guy for worrying?

"I might have called her cute before realizing it was her, dude it was weird she turned me down, flirted and was all confident." Puck says shrugging like it's no big deal.

I just nod, "Why, did she say something to you Finny." Quinn says angrily. Ugh, I hate it when she called me that!

"Um, she slapped me and yelled at me in front of the school. It's nothing, I just wasn't expecting it." I say shake it off. I can't focus on Mr. Shue for the rest of glee club because all I could think of was Rachel Berry.

What happened to her? I was going to find out and bring back the old Rachel Berry.

{Jessie's POV}

Today is my first day back to McKinely. Yeah, that's right this superstar is back and I only have one thing on my mind, Rachel Berry.

Who cares that she's ugly, annoying and the most frustrating person you'll ever meet? She's the only one who understands how it feels to be a born star and I like that.

She is determined to get to New York and I'll just use her so I can get there too. I mean I am the most talented actor there is.

"Oh Rachel, I was determined to win. You know how that feels, and I let that get better of me. I realized my mistake and I want us to be together."

Yeah, I am definitely going to win her over, and once I do I won't let go until my butt is on the train to New York.

You know what they say, everyone deserves a second chance. Oh my sweet Rachel, you're in for a heck of a roller coaster.

{Puck's POV}

Rachel Berry. Dang, she has an attitude and that makes her 100 hundred times hotter. The thing is that I kind of like Quinn still, I mean we had a kid together.

Whether or not I'm raising her doesn't matter, Beth is still Quinn and mine's daughter. Then there's Finn, I don't think he would appreciate if I got with his ex-girlfriend, that he obviously still has feelings for.

Wait, yes Puck you are a genius! If I go for Rachel then Finn will realize he still loves her, he'll drop Quinn as fast as he can and I'll win her over, such a bulletproof plan.

Now all I need to know is how to convince Rachel to go out with me. Well, get ready Rachel, because you are about to meet the romantic side of me.

{A/N: This is now edited but is still such a short, horrible chapter that I almost don't want to publish it. 😭 But I feel bad that I made you guys wait soo long for an update. So here you guys go, instead of working on my essay, I made this horrible unedited chapter.
