Dear friend,

I find it funny how you chose to talk to me.
I'm the one everyone hates, including myself.
I'm the loner, the outcast.
It's just such a cliché; the fun, caring popular kid decides to talk to the loner.
Isn't it?
It isn't such a bad thing, after all. I'm actually glad you've decided to talk to me.
After all, it is very inciting. I'm very happy that you've found someone you love.
Just know, I love you, as a friend, of course. Take care of yourself. I'll be there for you, just as you are for me.
We ride together, we die together. Right?
I'm just wondering if you'd really die if I died, it's kind of funny. But, if I died, I'd want you to live; you have a whole life ahead of you.
I'd bet you'd say the same thing to me.
You're so caring, please stay that way.

I love you, and remember that.

Sincerely, Dan.
