Lex got another shot as he threw the basketball into the hoop, cheering as he came up to you and gave you a kiss on the lips before turning around. "What did I tell you boys? I never lose with my goodluck charm here."
You rolled your eyes and continued typing away at your computer as the boys started another game of basketball. You got an e-mail from your sister who worked with you at Daily Planet. It was an document about kryptonite shipments. You scrolled through, picking up a few words at a time.
"(Y/N)!" Lex said as he closed your laptop and pouted playfully. "You're supposed to be paying attention to me." He said as he took your laptop and put it off to the side. "I've been playing just for you." You giggled and rolled your eyes, your mind still on the documents you had gotten just as Lex pulled you up. "I know just what will cheer you up!" He said as he pulled you to his office, but not before you grabbed your laptop.
"Lex, you just ditched your friends." You laughed as Lex shrugged and went to his desk, slipping something in his pocket before reaching you.
"I'm going to bring you home, and you're going to get changed into something fancy." Lex said as he took your hand in his own and took you home. You kissed him before going to get changed. He smiled as he looked around your small apartment that you shared with your sister. He decided to go on your laptop and entered your password, getting into your computer. Documents popped up, curiosity starting to peek as he read through it, his face starting to go grim as he moved his cursor.
Delete.
Are you sure you want to delete this?
Yes.
He closed your computer as he sat on your couch, waiting for you to get out. "Lex? Are you ok?" You asked as you saw his face.
He smiled at you crazily. "Of course (Y/N), Lets go." He said as you took you out on your date.
