It has been two years since I first had my encounter with One Direction. It happened just before the boys were REALLY famous and it went a little something like this:

My bestfriend Charlie and I had been walking through Wolverhampton in England just enjoying our day when all of a sudden we spoted One Direction! I approached them, turning on my charm and smiling wide even though I could almost feel the heat of Charlies cheeks blushing behind me.

"No!" I heard her mumble to me.

"Relax!" I said in the calmest voice i could possibly have when inside I was fangirling, "they are just normal guys-" Before I could finish my sentence we had reached the boys in the middle of the park. They were just standing there smiling at Charlie and myself. I caught myself staring at them, most likely looking like a bafoon. I stopped myself just as it seemed like i had begun to drool.. "Uh.. Hi! I'm Olivia and this is my friend Charlie!" I said, motioning to Charlie. Her cheeks had turned bright red, but the boys kept smiling. "I.. uh.. have this.. err.." I just couldn't spit out my words! They were so beautiful! I mean wouldn't you be freaking out too?! I had five sex gods standing right in front of me! Liam's birthmark, Niall's eyes, Harry's dimples, Zayn's lips, and Louis' hair. Harry stepped forward and stuck out his hand.

"Hello love! I am Harry! This is Zayn, Niall, Louis, and Liam!" He grinned at me wih that perfect smile.

"She knows who we are you fart-head! The lass wouldnt have come up to us otherwise! How may we help you love?" Louis smacked Harry up the side of his head and then smiled at me.

"Well I was just wondering if I could get some cute pictures of you lads for my blog? If you are not too busy of course." I said, putting on the cutest face I had. My nikon in my hand was shaking.

"Of course! Anything for a fan!" Zayn said, and the boys all nodded. The next half an hour was the funnest time I probably had in my life. They all made funny faces for the camera, gave each other pigy back rides, and even took some adorable shots with Charlie! I got some of them playing frisbee and messing around like the hooligans they are. Then Niall threw the frisbee too hard and Harry and I had a race to go get it. We sprinted to the frisbee, and at the very last second he beat me! He put the frisbee in his mouth and sat down on the ground. I laughed so hard; he looked like a dog! I held up my nikon to get a snapshot of this moment. Looking through the lens i could see all his perfections; his curls, his eyes, his cute nose, his smile, his DIMPLES. I took the picture and slowly moved the lens down, smiling. I grabbed the frisbee out of his mouth and a string of spit was dangling down the side of it.

"Yuck!" I shouted, throwing it through the air. "Fetch." I smirked and he laughed and we chased it back to the rest of the boys and Charlie. When we reached them they all seemed to be having a pretty good time. We talked untill it was dark out about the most random things; our families, our pets, food, our favorite football teams, and more. We all decided it was probably time to head back when it started to get pretty chilly. We all hugged and said our final good-byes and Charlie and I began to walk away.

"That was a blast!" She said as we were reaching the other side of the grass park. She looked like she had just had the time of her life.

"I told you there was nothing to worry about!" I said to her, elbowing her in the side. I just got out my camera again to show her the shot of Harry I took when I heard someone running from behind us. We both turned around and saw Liam jogging towards us.

"Hey Olivia," he began, "the boys and myself were talking and we thought maybe you would like to take pictures of the band for our Facebook page? You know, like at concerts and events?" I was shocked, very shocked; I definitely had not seen that coming.

"Wow, I-" I looked over at Charlie, she smiled at me and nodded. "I would be honored to!" I said just as the rest of the boys caught up to us. They all cheered and smiled, gave me their contact information and we all went our seperate ways home. This was the start of it all.
