"Good Morning Class!", said Ms. Tungsten happily. I rolled my eyes at her oddly happy expression. Seriously though... who could like school that much?
As class slowly went by, and I mean slower than my bus driver, I day dreamed. "Miss Brittany, please do us the honor of reading your 'Future Essay'. (Pretty much a boring essay on how I want my life to work out.)
"Ms. Tungsten I-I..I can't rea-read in front of...of.. the class..", choking on every flipping word, I finally finished my sentence. "You'll have to read in college. If you haven't noticed, school tends to get harder every year. You are a senior.. you know this!", Ms. Tungsten said quite upset.
Then I made the horrid mistake of mumbling something I probably shouldn't have. "Well maybe if you weren't such a nerdy book worm then you wouldn't be single Ms. Tungsten." Her eyes narrowed towards me and she walked back to her desk.
Grabbing her class phone she called the principle. My mouth gets me in trouble a lot. At least im related to the principle, I'm more happy to go walk around and sit in my Aunts office than sit in a boring English class.
"Please collect your belongings Miss Brittany and wait by the door, the principle will be here momentarily. "
The thing I despised the most was how she spoke. This is 2016 woman! Use some slangggg!!!
My aunt appeared and peeked through the door. "What seems to be the problem?", she said in an aggravated tone. "Well, Brittany is disrespecting me in front of the entire class." Ms. Tungsten replied in a hushed voice.
My aunt glared at me and I chuckled a little. Me and her both know she can't stay mad at me.
"Come along Brittany" is all my aunt said before walking out. No smile, no emotion, no nothing! Man... I have really done it now.
"What is your problem with Ms. Tungsten!?! She has never done anything to you!" My aunt sounded completely pissed as we walked down the hall towards her office. "She makes me read every flopping day in front of the entire class. And I mean Every. Single. Day." I said quickly defending myself.
I opened the rusting old school door and started going off about how teachers don't like me. (You know, what every teenager complains about.)
Without looking where I was going I bumped into a tall man with a hoodie on."Whoa excuse me Sir." I glanced up at him. "Hey take that hoodie off young man, or else you can go sit in detention with Brittany."
Woah woah woah, hold up, detention?! For real?!
"Sorry mam' but actually you're just the person I'm looking for." His voice sent a roll of chills through my body as I looked next to me at my aunt.
"Brittany!...Run!", she shouted.
I took off running as fast as I could with my jacked up knees. "Get them! Don't let either of the girls reach the next building!" I heard the man shout commands, though I was more focused on the door roughly 12 feet in front of me.I reached the door and opened it. Before running I looked back to check on my aunt and I was tackled by another man.
Today is just not my day at all. Me and my aunt were dragged away into a van in the woods behind the school.
I'm almost certain that our school system cameras are failing.
