After weeks of begging of my parents  finally had decided to let me go to Manhattan, New York with my mother who decided if I paid for my ticket and she paid for her everything will all work out.

As my mother and I started to race toward are plane to New York , I had notice that I had left my lucky charm bracelet that I had received when I was 8 year old.

                                          " My bracelet!!! " I yelled

" Amanda you have to choose to miss our flight to go get the bracelet or to forget the bracelet and make it to the flight," my mom said in a tired voice.

I had notice if it was real luck people wouldn't be hating me or bullying me at school and all of this stuff wouldn't even be happening to me. So I had decided to go with the 2nd option go to the plane.

It was really easy to cut threw people  during ticket checks due to our heights. As we started to race to the plane with sweat dripping threw both our cheeks I had notice that all my life it had just been about luck but luck but it hadn't been reality.

" Stop, I want to go home!! I want to keep on being an elf and live reality." I said in a serious tone of  voice. I saw my mom smiled at me with the biggest smile knowing that she knew I didn't want to be normal.
