I woke to the sound of birds chirping, the early morning sun shining through my window, todays the day I thought as I rolled out of bed. Todays the day of my Shawn Mendes concert,

Oh first of all let me introduce my self my names Charlotte, I'm sixteen, I live in Melbourne Australia and have long blonde hair and blue eyes. Did I forget to mention I'm Shawn Mendes' biggest fan. My bedroom walls are covered in Shawn's posters I know all the lyrics to everyone of his songs and there is not a video of him I haven't watched.

Anyway back to today, todays the day of my Shawn Mendes concert I've been counting down the days ever since I bought the tickets back in March, its now October 23rd and I'm excited as ever. I'm going to the concert with my best friend Sophie we've been friends for years we both discovered Shawn around the same time and have been obsessed ever since.

I get out of bed and head in to the bathroom to wash my face and brush my teeth you know just the typical bathroom stuff yes I know I brush my teeth before breakfast.

I head downstairs for breakfast greeted by my family who could clearly tell I was excited. Hi Char

That was my nickname my Family gave me big day today hey

Aha yeah im excited

Mum had breakfast ready and my Dad little Brother and Sister were already at the table eating.

After breakfast I went back up to my room i turned on my Shawn Mendes playlist and messaged my friend Sophie

Hey Soph are you awake

Hi Char yes I am are you excited for tonight

Yes I can't wait

I'll pick you up at 5:00pm ok

Sure see you then

At Three o clock I decided to start getting ready, I had already picked out an outfit so I went to my wardrobe and put it on I straightened my Hair and applied some makeup I never really been that good at makeup but hey it was good enough. I sprayed my favourite perfume and gathered my bag and soon enough it was time to pick up Soph.

On my way I messaged her as I walked out the door.

Mum offered to drive us both to the Concert as I wasn't quite old enough to drive by myself.

We picked up Soph and of course put Shawn Mendes on why we were in the car and made a quick stop at Mcdonalds, as it was on the way and we were all pretty hungry.

We went through the drive thru and I ordered my usual a Cheeseburger Small Fries and a Frozen Coke Soph just got a 3 Nugget Happy Meal and a Small Coke aha.
