I didn't see any of the withered animatronics, nor did I pass any of the toy versions excluding Mangle, who was still lying on the floor in Kid's Cove in the same position I had left her.

"Hi Mangle, how're you doing?" I could have sworn her eyes lit up when I spoke "I've got the spare voice box, so this should hopefully go well, if not then I have some spare parts to fix you" I smiled.

"T-Thank y-y-you" her voice box glitches in appreciation.

"Your welcome" I replied as I put the tools that I had picked up from the main stage next to the poor animatronic "okay then, I'm going to start working on you, so could you please not move or say anything unless it's urgent?"

"Yes boss"

For the rest of the night I began on Mangles voice box, the silence seemed awkward but comforting at the same time.

"I still think it's fishy" whispered a voice beyond Kid's Cove.

"Quiet (toy) Bonnie" hissed (toy) Chica "or (y/n) will hear you"

Too late for that I thought, but kept quiet as I continued to fix Mangle's voice.

"How's it coming along?" I nearly jumped out of my skin when I heard Freddy's voice from the doorway.

"It's going great" I turn to smile at him and the others "although I may have to continue tomorrow night since it's nearing 6 am"

"The fact that you kept your word by doing something proves that you care for us, might even help the puppet warm up to you more" Freddy replied.

"Let's hope so" I said under my breath, I had always known that the puppet didn't trust me, I could tell whenever I was alone with him, it felt like he was trying to mentally rip me apart and see if I was lying, I guess I should be grateful that he was willing to give me a chance (I sometimes wonder if it's because of the times I spoke to him in his box, or the fact that I fixed (toy) Bonnie when he broke down on stage)

"Did any of you have any trouble finding the withered animatronics?"

Nobody said anything.

"You know" I continued as I sorted out the wires "I had been thinking about what you have told me, if it's true that they don't like you for stealing their spotlight, then what if I could convince my dad to get them fixed up to help you guys out?"

"Bad idea" Freddy immediately replied "it is generous that you want to help but with those scanners installed they be unpredictable towards the children, and worse towards adults"

"Then I will ask my dad to have it removed, I may have to tell a white lie because I'm afraid of telling him I have been studying mechanics" I replied, looking at Freddy in the eye to let him know I would not back down.

Freddy scratched the underside of his chin "I will ask the Marionette about it, I will let you know what he thinks" he moved away from the door frame and left along with the others.

I left out a shaky breath before turning back to my work, whispering encouraging words to Mangle every time she whimpered or let out a small, painful whine. I jumped however, when I saw something move from the door and into the room, how could I have not heard them? They were made of metal.

On closer inspection I realised that this wasn't one of the toy animatronics, it was a withered animatronic, specifically Freddy. He was staring at me with a none changeable expression, his height making him even more intimidating.

What the...? Why is he out? Marionette said he wouldn't be out until tomorrow I thought frantically while keeping an eye on the bear as I stood up.

"Why did you make a promise I know you will not keep?" his voice box sounded scratchy, but not stuttering like Mangles.

"I have never made promises I knew I couldn't keep" I was surprised by how even my voice sounded.

(Withered) Freddy leaned slightly closer to me "be that as it may I don't trust you one bit, even if those new ones trust you"

"What would convince you that I am telling the truth? I want to help you and your friends as well"

If he wasn't doing so already (Withered) Freddy would have widened his eyes "now I know you're lying" he whispered deadly "I know how adults always lie to get themselves out of trouble"

"Believe what you will, at least think it over before you kill me" I clearly have a death wish because those words came out before I could stop myself, boy were my hands shaking terribly.

"You've got guts girl; you're going to need that"

With those final words he left the room.

I didn't realise I had slumped back onto the floor until Mangle had moved her head onto my lap, had the voice box been working she would have asked 'are you alright?'

"(Y/n)?" I turned to see (toy) Chica in the doorway "goodness me (y/n) are you alright? You're pale as snow, are you hurt? Are you going to be ill?"

"No" I gasped "just shaken up from something, I'm fine though" I gave her what I had hoped to be a proper smile.

If she saw through it, she didn't comment on it, the only way I could tell if the band was expressing something was by their bodies movements (since their eyelids could only go up and down), right now Chica wasn't doing anything, she just stood motionless.

However, she wouldn't have been able to do or say anything because the bell chimed, signalling that it was 6 am and Chica didn't hesitate to get back on stage, I was safe, for now.

I put the tools back in the toolbox before gently placing Mangle's head onto the floor, I whispered "I'll see you tonight" then grabbed the box and hid it in the room so that no child or grown up would be able to find it, then I grabbed the bits and pieces that were left of both voice boxes, I had one last place to go before leaving, the 'Parts and Service' room.

I cautiously made my way to the door, trying my best to make as little noise as possible in case the withered Bonnie and Chica were still active (although part of me doubted but it was better safe than sorry), I wearily opened the door and peeked my head in, no sound or movement, good. I quickly went in, found the shelf then proceeded to dump all the pieces down, then I turned around to see if that gold bear was still in the corner, sure enough he was there, except this time he had white pin pricks that resembled eye pupils, you know when something looks strange you're supposed to feel scared or freak out? I didn't feel it.

As I moved closer, I could have sworn that he was looking straight at me, like into my soul, observing me. I knelt down so we were equal in height before I spoke.

"Um, hi again" I licked my dry lips "uh, I've been told or threatened by one of your friends" I flinched, that was a bad way to start "anyway they don't believe that I am willing to fix them, or you" I could not believe I was doing this, heck I don't even know if the bear was alive, but if it would get them to trust me then I guess it was worth it. I reached behind my neck to remove the necklace that was hiding underneath my t-shirt, it was a (item of choice) attached to a thin silver chain.

"This necklace is very special to me£ I looked down at it with a small, sad smile "it's one of the last things my mum gave to me before she died" I gently placed the necklace on Golden Freddy's arm "I thought we could make a deal, or a trade, I fix you guys up and then afterward you can give me the necklace back" my face turned serious "but that's only if you promise not to damage/ break it as well as not attacking any of the toy versions, or the Marionette, they mean well and want to help all of you, there is nothing wrong with asking for help"

(3rd view P.O.V)

(Y/N) gave the bear a pat on the arm and a side hug before getting up and leaving the room, they didn't stay long enough to notice a golden arm twitch to where they had placed the necklace, or the faint image of a human looking at the door they had just exited, with a small smile appearing on his crying face.
