- What we were building was simply perfect. Our life was made of consistent and precise pieces, that over the years started to come together to show the bigger picture. You knew what we wanted, I knew how we wanted it. We could say, it was going all "according to plan". So, was I ready for what life had prepared for me? I'll put it this way: The mat over which I had been carefully building and creating my perfect puzzle, just didn't slip out of the table. The table itself fell to the ground, breaking into a thousand pieces. And the picture I had created, the picture of my future still remained in my memory - after all it was me who created it - but the pieces had now changed. They transformed, and the puzzle was as complex and confuse as it was before.
-So what must we do now?
-It's simple, we build it again!
-I know. But there lies the problem: we don't know what pieces to use, we know the picture, but we don't know the elements that shall take us to it. If you mess up and take parts that don't belong, it'll break up the puzzle. We'll be back to were we started.
-It's your call.
-We must then proceed to search for the right pieces. You know I can't do it without you, my consciousness, my sanity. You've been trying to slip away, but I have been able to hold you. One can't work without the other. But now, let's go back to our puzzle. We know that there are some pieces that go in for certain, there's no way neither of us could live without them. But there are others that have now changed. Pieces that you thought necessary but are no longer functional. We must choose wisely... After all it's not only our life we're talking about, but the life of those tiny pieces as well...
